I need to know if this is legal or not and if not where can i get proof it isnt?

Yes it is perfectly legal because it depends on how his policy is written and the job classification of the office employees. An example is 25 people work in an office insurance is offered to exempt salaried personal only. Of those 25 people the accountant and the office manager fall under that category, everyone else is hourly and are not qualified under company policy.

Yes because my employer only offered insurance to full-time workers or a selected few
