I'm 16 and my bfs 19 (yes... I know)
we have had sex before, my mother who has custody of me knows and will not press charges, because we've talked about sex often enough where she can trust me in a intimate relationship with him.
I accidently told my therapist I had sex with him, so now he's going to report this to cps for child abuse. he doesn't know any information about my bf like name, adress... location, ect. but if cps gets involved I don't know what to do.

my mom won't press charges... but what could cps do if they don't know any information?

my mom says they'll be hard to get out of our backs, but they'll check the house and everything, which isn't a problem since we have complimentary food, clean safe shelter and our own necessities like personal needs.

I agreed to have sex but since I'm a minor the law totally downgrades my intelligence and thinks because I'm not a mere two years older I don't have any clue what I'm doing, until and only until I'm 18...

While you're at it, define Art, and Beauty as well, because we must be consistent when we label what should be "in the eye of the beholder". I want to know why my neighbor can't have his 69 Camaro he's currently restoring on blocks in his front yard, but my other neighbor can have a life size manatee mailbox. One is worth money, is an investment guaranteed to increase, and at least to most car enthusiasts, a thing of beauty. The other is a crappy rendition of one of gods ugliest creatures, and they even went ahead and spray painted it gold! Personally, I think they should both fall under the category of "mind your own effing business" legally, but only one of them does. Can you guess which one of my neighbors is being hassled by local authorities citing "code violations"? Freedom is a motherfather isn't it?

I joined a firm in last week of Nov'06 and had to deposit original education & experience certificates with them. I went to Guwahati on 11 Dec and stayed there till 22 Dec'06, due to Slip Disc, in addition to inadequate infrastructure provided to me as promised for my stay in Guwahati I had to leave the company. The firm deposited 11,000/- in my account as an imprest out which I spent 3000/- for office use. After coming back I had a discussion with the MD of the firm and explained him in detail all the facts. He said, if you are willing to to leave the firm then no Medical Certificate / Notice is required. On 28 Dec’06 I submitted my resignation stating unability to continue due to medical problem. After partially recovering from illness in 5 months when I asked for my Certificates and Salary stating to adjust 8000/ from settlement, they are not returning the original certificates held by them and the salary for almost a month in addition to 550/ per day allw. as outstation allw.

Now her agent said if I didn't give him back this camera, he is going to report to FBI that I am scammer or theif. What can I do now???!!!!!

Okay, I've never experienced anything like this before now but it is very frightening and I don't know what to do or how to handle this situation at all and I need some advice. At my job (bookstore) there is this strange older/middle-aged patron who comes in at least twice a week, sometimes more. This man is CONSTANTLY staring at me, making me very uncomfortable and despite my efforts to ignore this behavior it has continued. The last time he came I was ALONE down an aisle cleaning up and he was looking at a book. Then he turned, looked directly at me smiled and just started...touching himself. I know...its disgusting Im so humiliated. And I don't know that anything can be done of it really because he has never actually spoken to me or approached me up close but I feel violated and scared to death. But what would you do if you were in my situation?

Anti-gun pundits always say we as gun owners need to compromise. My question is this. What is the other side giving up? How is giving up my constitutional rights while they give nothing a compromise?

I was picking up my nephew @ summer school, I pulled into the red zone, but came to the stop in the correct area, & 2 days later I get a traffic ticket in the mail. The picture provided to me is my car, but at a angle pulling into the curb, not stopped. Is it illegal just to pull into or to stop ? "help"
I tried contesting it & the denied it. Next step is court & I dont want to waste my time. But then again it is a $225 fine.

In the state of Alabama in 1992- if its legal for a female to have sex at the age of 16, but she has it with a 23 year old male, is that statutory rape? The girl consented and was promiscous anyways. It would be too late now to prosecute anybody. But if anybody found out could the guy have gotten in trouble. If the guy really did not want to do it, but the girl really wanted to, I doubt she would have used him like that to get in trouble. Thats the problem with statory rape, because it is not always forced raped.

I gave my pastor 4 separate checks and enclosed them in an envelope securely. A few weeks later I noticed that he cashed only check 2,3 & 4 but not 1. When I finally spoke to him he told me that I should stop payment on the check because he can not find the check. He lost it and thinks I am going to pay $30.00 and guess what I didn't do it and have not as yet replaced the check that he lost. I somehow think that my check is somewhere in his house, maybe in between other papers. This is not the 1st time that this has happened, the previous time he found the check real fast. So tell me, shouldn't he pay the fee since he acknowledged that he received the check and then lost it?

If the person knew that there would be a (8 lb) dog in the house, and they take the risk of coming in.. it's their fault right? If it were on public property, or someone else's private property... it seems it'd be different.

My friend took a couple of her Mom's checks and forged her Mom's signature and then made it out to her bf and had him cash them at a local convenient store. She knew it was wrong but they have a bad drug addiction. She found out that the checks were actually from an account that has been cancelled. They have a few days till the bank and store owner find out. Should they confess to her Mom and the store? They are seeking out help for their drug problems since they know that they have a serious problem. Neither belongs in jail. They need help for the problems. The Mom may be understanding although furious. Could she reopen the account and put money in it to cover it? Could the Mom be in trouble? Please help and try to be kind. Addiction makes otherwise loving people do bad things to the ones they love.

If they are under the age of 18 the should be tried as juveniles not adults. You have kids 10-17 years old going to jail for life. Kids should be given a chance to make a better life for themselves because they are so young and have their whole life ahead of them. Putting them in jail for life does nothing to help them.
