I'm 16 and my bfs 19 (yes... I know)
we have had sex before, my mother who has custody of me knows and will not press charges, because we've talked about sex often enough where she can trust me in a intimate relationship with him.
I accidently told my therapist I had sex with him, so now he's going to report this to cps for child abuse. he doesn't know any information about my bf like name, adress... location, ect. but if cps gets involved I don't know what to do.

my mom won't press charges... but what could cps do if they don't know any information?

my mom says they'll be hard to get out of our backs, but they'll check the house and everything, which isn't a problem since we have complimentary food, clean safe shelter and our own necessities like personal needs.

I agreed to have sex but since I'm a minor the law totally downgrades my intelligence and thinks because I'm not a mere two years older I don't have any clue what I'm doing, until and only until I'm 18...

First it is not Child Abuse. Second the therapist must report to CPS. When they ask you just respectfully refuse to answer their questions. Don't make the mistake of lying just be honest. The crime of sex with a minor does not require 'pressing charges' but they cannot do it successfully if you just refuse to cooperate.

It depends on what the age of consent is in the State where you reside as to whether or not your boyfriend can be charged with statutory rape.

As another responder indicated above, if you are under the age of consent, the therapist is required by law to inform the authorities, so it sounds like you are under the age of consent.

The age of consent is determined by the laws in your State, not your mother and her "permission" has no bearing on the matter;the State can prosecute both your boyfriend for Statutory rape and your mother for child endangerment or contributing to the delquency of a minor and you could be removed from the home and placed in foster care. Whether or not the State chooses to pursue the case will depend much on where you live, what the values and mores are in the area and CPS's caseload...less likely to be pursued in a big city...highly likely to be pursued in a small town.

You and your mother might want to invest in a lawyer now just in case.
