The picture provided to me is my car, but at a angle pulling into the curb, not stopped. Is it illegal just to pull into or to stop ? "help"
I tried contesting it & the denied it. Next step is court & I dont want to waste my time. But then again it is a $225 fine.

If the sign said no parking, it is legal to stop and pick someone up.
If the sign says "No stopping" then you are in violation.
