He is due in court in September from the sex tape of the what it appeared to be an underage girl..do you think they will find him guilty and make him serve time?

He may be found guilty, but doubt if he will serve any time, most likely just probation as it has taken so long to get the case to trial (it has been 5 years - the alleged girl in now of legal age).

Since I have not seen the evidence against him it would be a wild guess at best. If they have a tape of him and a person they can prove was underage at the time then it is likely he would be convicted. If they have a tape of him and "a girl that looks 15" and no identified victim, than it would be likely he would not be found guilty. I have known at least 20 different woman in my life that looked 15 after they were 21.

They tried this on me once for a picture of a woman who had small breasts and was shaved. What a bunch of S$#T! The publication of this charge regardless of truth carries on far beyond court. What were the justifications behind this charge? How did they get the tape? It sounds like a self-important legal system trying to justify their presence. BTW, did OJ or Mikey go to jail.

of course he should go to jail but since he is so famous he probally wont the evidence is there the tape, and also giving the girl the money. even her family members say that's her in the tape what more proof do you need? no one should have sex with a minor what so ever

Honestly, I think because of the recent Paris b.s. they are going to be tougher on celebrities. That really ticked a lot of people off and they might throw him in jail for a while to prove a point.
