Actually, today, illegals have more rights than U.S. Citizens because they can claim lack of jurisdiction resulting in the need for the US to call in immigration. The end result is that the murderers and rapists go free because they are deported and then they simply return to the US to start their crime sprees all over again. When you look at the number of illegal immigrants in the USA and then look at the nationality of the people committing the crimes, we find that the majority are committed by Latinos and foreigners. Those who are citizens are mostly citizens because they were born to illegal immigrants. The Latino population is growing so fast that they will soon be the majority --and where in the world does a majority minority term come from? They are not minorities, period. They are illegals. The only way this is going to stop is if the Law-abiding U.s. Citizens force the enforcement of the laws of the land and demand the death penalty for anyone crossing the border illegally and then commits a crime of murder or rape or even armed robbery. If they are not citizens, they should not have the rights of citizens. They are illegal invaders and should be tried as enemy combatants and any crimes they commit should be considered acts of war. And just because these acts are only committed against a few people, doesn't make them any less acts of war to the victims. You will find less crime where the people took the time to come to the USA legally and are generally law-abiding citizens. It's like saying that a woman is just a little bit pregnant--being illegal is just like being pregnant. The end result is that we're going to triple the illegal population because they come, impregnate and their illegal products become citizens so they can force the country to accept mob activities and other illegal activities and their illegal immigrant offspring (by illegal immigrant offspring, I mean the children born on US soil to illegal immigrants who become automatic citizens -- a conspiracy to take over the USA proven by the 55% of the birthrate born to Latinos who are the majority of the illegal immigrants.

Well the law will say the illegal has certain rights. If we want to look like a "civilized" country, we will see to it that he was a trial and fair punishment. However, in my opinion, I'm more for the bullet to the head, but don't dump the body in the river. The river should not be abused alike that.

I think he should have the right to a trial - and then a right to whatever punishment is deemed - Death penalty? I do not know - I believe the only people who can answer that are those who have lost loved ones - I can feel for them - but I cannot answer. Regardless of who you are - and how you got here - if you do the crime... you gotta pay the time. What he did makes me extremely sad - but not surprised... America is slipping...

If you consider your country worthy of being called civilised, all people have the same rights in front of the law. If not, do as you like, but remember that you will be amongst the Taliban, Saddam, Nazis and other unfair and totalitarian states.
