He should lose his job. This is the problem with the court system. They let idiots sue for any reason and real cases have to be put on hold because of the crap. Plus, the defendants in the case are out thousands of dollars because of this idiot.

This bozo was an administrative law judge. Not a judge who hears lawsuits. Not a lawyer either. Not even a law school graduate., So those of you who see this as an example of the legal system out of control are missing the point.

The case was dismissed. The dry cleaner did not lose a penny: the legal bills were paid by his insurance. And they can't even raise his insurance rates, because the lawsuit was dismissed as being without merit.

Yes, the system needs to be improved, but this case is not the evidence for that which you think it is.

Yes he is an idiot, but since all this has come about he has been working as a clerk and receiving the pay of a Judge. I call that ridiculous.

He's not only an idiot, but he represents everything wrong with the American judicial system. I think he needs professional help - the mental type.

This guy made all Americans look bad. I mean all he achieved was further instilling in everyone else's mind around the world just how greedy Americans can be. Pisses me off.

Yes he is, and especially when so many others need legitimate access to the court system, if there is such a thing!

Not only should he lose his job, he should be disbarred for using the Court system for his egocentric, frivolous agenda.

He needs to lose his job, be disbarred, and lose his right to sue!

The man showed blatant disrespect for our laws and should not be allowed to abuse them again, much less enforce them.
