I replied to Customer Care (not that anyone will read it) that they were in violation of my 1st Amendment rights and I'd see them in court. I really think I will sue them for that--I've had enough and nothing but time on my hands. Any attorneys out there willing to take my case pro bono?

It shows up on affidavits, and as a rough translation means, I presume, "beyond this, I (the Affiant) aren't stating anything futher" but it seems to be a stock phrase as if it's some magical amulet that protects the affiant from something, but I haven't figured out what that is. Can someone whose been through law school clarify this for me?

Like every year for last 18 years people of Kashmir Valley , Poonchh,Doda,Kishtwar, Rajauri, Kargil,Nubra, Zanskar & parts of Leh observed COMPLETE STRIKE by the call of Hurriyat Conference on India's independence day in the DISPUTED STATE despite over 1 million Indian INSECURITY forces' announcement to defy that. On 13 th July, the Martyres Day too they already observed complete strike & showed d world what they want. That shows real mood of people who clearly know real dispute of the state fully well who r not babies. They're firm on their international legal right of self determination to be exercised. But the brainless jingoists who r dishonest, unjust, frauds, hoodwinkers & believers of goonda type brutality, oppression, repression, suppression, victimisation, subjugation & bludgeoning into submission of innocent beautiful, completely clean & transparent people of state by army do not admit publicly the reality. Shoudn't d dispute be solved earliest to bring peace & 100% JUSTICE ?

I've got a £50 ticket... I will pay it, to save the court appearance!! But I think the circumstances should at least go in my favour of a reprieve...

My brothers diabetic girlf was having a hypo and I had to take her to her doctors... I parked outside as she turned all kinds of colours and shaking etc...as shes 9 months pregnant and was barely able to stand, I helped her into the surgery...

I was in there whilst she got help (max 10 mins) I came out and had been slapped with the ticket!!

I was in a parking space...For permit holders only..I didnt realise, but even if i had..I was kinda unimportant at the time!

When I telephoned the council...They just said I should have parked in the car park about ten mins walk way (if your not heavily pregnant and losing consciousness!!) and they would not be retracting it!!

Anyone got any ideas... CAB were pretty useless unfortunately... Im loathe to pay it under the circumstance...!!

i do not get legal aid but my ex will and we might end up in court as he is trying to see my son who he hasnt seen since he was 1 and he is now 6 hes only doing it as my husband wants to adopt my son

he is autistic and my husband and my son have the most wonderful relationship . but my ex never worked only once and got fired for doing drugs whilst working he will get legal aid but will they give it him to go to court to ?

he is mentally unfit and does drugs and drinks he cannot win i dont know what id do but i dont think it would get to court if he didnt get it for free he wont part with his money we never got a penny from him for maintenance or anything not even a bday card please help !

My car was broken into and my handbag was taken (my fault I should not of left it there) it contained £7 in cash, as the window was smashed that cost me £50, new had bag and wallet £25, new driving liecense £22, plus my reading glasses not much change out of £200.OK I was foolish but will the villians ever be caught I do not think so and if so will they be made to suffer and if so will they care?

We took our car to a mechanic to get an estimate on the price it would cost to fix. He said all that the timing belt needed to be replaced. The car set for 6 months and because of hardships, we decided to sell it on ebay. We explained in the listing what the mechanic told us. The winning buyer came to pay for and pick up the car and now she is trying to get us to pay for the repairs. She sd it was going to be over $2000.00 and is not just the timing belt. She claims she is taking it to a shop and they told her we lied to her. We explained we are not mechanics, thats why we put details in listing about what the mechanic said to us and now she is real mad. She said she is going to sue us for $3000.00 if we don't pay for the repairs. Then she sd she talked to the police and they told her my husband is a criminal (he has nothing on his record except a speeding ticket) She also filed some kind of consumer report. We don't want to screw her over, but don't know if she is honest....help

My daughter's father wants me to cancel the child support case, citing the reason being that they take fees out of the money they take from him and not all of it goes to the baby. Is this true? Or is this just yet another of his billions of excuses and lies?

Wireless company said we either let them trim our trees at their expense so they can have a signal at the next town over or they will move their antennae and we get no wireless. Then told the tree trimmers to down any trees in the way of their signal on our property basically without our permission, and we have to deal with at least three downed 20+ foot tall cottonwoods on our own. Do we have any rights?

I'm a mother of 2. I'm an IT professional making 58K a year I live in California. I have 65% legal custody however in reality it's more like 80%. My ex is taking me back to court. He was ordered to pay $51 dollars a month for child support and half of the daycare fees which at that time total was $411 dollars that he was ordered to pay. I just got noticed he want's the C.S to be modified. He has never held a job for over 2 months. He is currently unemployed but just recently got his B.A is graphic design. Could I ask the Judge to stop basing his wages on minumum wage and ask to base them on his degree? I was told this could be done but it doesn't sound fare since the market is, well you know..
Please advise...I can't afford another lawyer . The odds are on his side since he is the parent making less.

Which is worse? And, how would you choose to punish someone guilty of these?
Which is worse?
Option #1: Traditional physical or sexual abuse of a child?(Kicking, Burning, Molestation) Option #2: Medically abusing a child? (Injecting feces into a feeding tube to make the child sick or scrubbing the child's skin with oven cleaner to give them an unexplainable rash- btw, these are documented real occurences)
And, how would you choose to punish the abuser?
I need as many answers as possible since this is part of my research for an essay I'm writing for my composition class.
There is a major difference between these options... Option #1, is generally caught and punished, while Option #2 can end one of three ways: The abuser is caught (usually years after initiating the abuse), the abuser moves on to a younger child when the original gets old enough to "tell on them", or the child dies. Also, 98% of the abusers in option #2, is the child's own mother. I'm not asking to be disgusting!

The origional founders of this country did not intend for the people to be taxed into slavery, however the constution has been "amended" too many times. Small taxes on people were levyed for small reasons should have been repealed once the need had been met. But there has been no checks and balances, to make sure that thease unfair taxes had been repealed. So we keep feeding the Government cash cow when the government does not even need the people to make there moeny they can make whatever they need because they are the federal reserve bank. So why does the government even need to tax the people if they are trying to force them into submission.

A direct tax is unconsitutional. Then why do our law makers keep supporting something that should have been repealed and they keep raiseing taxes and raiseing their own wages and makeing the people pay for it when the people should not be paying for it. What do you think has this waste gone far enough?

Things are expensive and I try so hard to take care of my kids and make a good life for them. BUT I feel so beat-up everyday I worry, about the bills,money and food. I thank God everyday for what ever we have. I want to know How can the state determine that even though the non-custodial parent doesn't pay child support he still can see the kids. That even though he hasn't been paying child support doesn't make him a bad father. YES it does show he is a BAD FATHER because he isn't taking care of his kids, all hes doing is taking care of himself. The only reason he started seeing the kids is because he wants to feel like a man because the kids call him dad or he wants to feel important. What ever the reason is. A Good Father takes care of his kids, making sure they have a place to live, food, money for things the kids need, health insurance and so on. I takecare of my kids everyday and he hasn't but why does he have more rights than I do and WHY is the state letting my kids and I suffer?

ok i was working at a carousel for about 1 month what happend was i called in sick once because i was really sick i called in a day before...but thats not the problem the problem was that out of no where i got tooken off the schedule...now its been 1 month and a half and he hasnt called me or nothing and he never fired me...my cousin said because he could get sued if he did w/out a reason...well i called him today and politly asked for a explanation on whats going on...he said that they just dont need me right now and that the reason he took me off was because he had a problem with me that i had an attitude :] i never even talked to him personally like that only for work or training help how is that so...and he said that i had an attidude when i called in :] never did so he was like "i cant talk to you about this right now ihave to go" in a hurry all of the suuden....he's wrong i know but can i sue him..uneployment?...anything help...peace and love :]

oh yea im a minor...and ha im not givin up i feel as this was discrimanation and he hired 2 new people after me and my friend were no longer on the schedule :]

I am a full time student and am unemployed, I owe $14,000 and fully intend to pay this as soon as I'm done with school and have sent a letter to them stating my situation. But I just recieved the subpoena and I can't understand half the legal jargan they use, all I could get from it is that they know that I recieved the student loan and are threatening jail time for non payment. I don't know if I should get an attourney or just file bankruptcy. If I lose my student loan I can't finish school, I'm freaking out! help! thanks all

A man I know won a law suite and won over one million dollars he and his wife hurried to spend it and they did. They live in a 600,000 dollar house have special ordered auto' , boats 4 wheelers on and on. Now a social worker told them so they can get food stamps and medicaid to hurry and put their other property in someone elses name. It is ok with the 600,000 dollar house and the two cars they dont have to count them! Now is this fair when the rest of us have to work for every thing we have and pay a high price for our medical insurance?? Please help me let me know why our goverment lets these people do this and others that really need it get rejected.

some one i know was charged with rape and kidnap he asked me to print out a e-mail that was probably fake from the girl he raped and ex gf. The letter basically said i lied i hate you i hope you rot in jail etc. he asked me to give the letter to the inspector (i had no idea what he was being charged for all he said is that piece of paper proves his innocence and me trying to a good friend did it) he then told me that if it's fake i could go to jail, my friends dad agreed saying it was obstruction of evidence. I honestly have no idea where the e-mail came from i just printed it and handed it to the investigator the letter probably was written on my CPU by a fellow friend. What I'm I looking at? As in a jail sentence or is there any way i can get off I know I need to talk to an attorney but just for a piece of mind does any one know what might happen to me?
