It's hard to give you an answer, since you didn't say what part of the country you live in. For instance, in the part of Southern California, the ordinance forbids loud music between 11pm-7am, any time during those times, loud music can be reported to the police. To find out when the loud music ordinance is in your area, type the following in a Google search "City Name Loud Music Ordinance" and see if it lists a time. Or you could try posting the city you are wondering about here on Yahoo Answers and see if someone else knows the answer. Good luck to you

you have to play it loud at least for 2 hrs. a day and have to crank it for at least 15 minutes of that day, at least once a week music must be heard coming from your place after 2 am , or you will be cited.

Depends on the local ordinances (city or county).

More likely your lease or rental agreement will get you in more trouble than any local laws.
