I have noticed my male neighbour taking pictures from his house of my 12-year old sister playing on a trampoline in our back yard. Is this illegal in British law, considering that my sister is on her own private property when this is taking place? He has not yet specifically complained about her playing on the trampoline, which I would expect if this was the reason for the photo-taking.

The guy has enough money to buy good lawyers, so they should focus on the people who don't have the financial resources.

Also, how can they defend a guy who inhumanely abuses animals?

Do you think smoking should be illegal? I do smoking kills not only the people smoking the cigarettes but the people around them as well because second hand smoke is just as deadly and just because your not a smoker doesn't mean you won't get lung cancer!!

I went shopping in my local department store the other day. It is a national chain. When I went to pay for my purchase with a $100 bill the checker called the Security guy over and he proceded to accuse me of trying to pass of counterfiet money. I told him that I had just got it from the bank. and offered him another bill and he said that that was fake too and they were going to be nice and not call the police on me./ This was right in the checkstand with alot of customer staring at me. I took all of the bills to my bank and they verified that they were infact real and not fake. Is this considered slander? i saved the bill that the security guy examine.

time for him to leave. This guy proceeded throughout the conversation at the store to make comments about my breasts, and my cleavage, and then he kept saying all sorts of things, in front of my 19 year old daughter to me. Finally when she walked out he started saying, "if you only knew what I was thinking?" I said, "i don't want to know, and its time for you to leave". He finally left, but he is going to return tonight to pick up his Wife's repair. Do I have any grounds for a lawsuit. I just don't want this guy in my store..., and he keeps coming in. I am getting afraid of him, and wonder what he is going to do in here. Does anyone have a suggestion?

A security guard pulled me from a crowd at a rock concert and told the police that I was "throwing beer bottles at the stage", the police took my information and said that I woud receive a ticket in the mail for disorderly conduct. The beer bottles just so happened to be plastic bottles and the police did not see me doing anything, nor was I read my rights. Should I fight it or just pay the fine and forget about it? I think a lawyer would just be a waste of money.

I was forced to admit myself to Englewood Hospital in Englewood, New Jersey on June 20, 2006 when a skin infection worsened to an extent that my doctor counseled me that I must admit myself for emergency care. I was released on June 23, 2006 on or about 6 P.M. My total cost for the hospital care came to $22,061.00.

At the time that I was admitted to the hospital, I did not have medical insurance coverage. I did not get coverage until after the time period to file was over. I am being sued by a law firm representing the hospital. Should Oxford be responsible for the bill or am I automatically subject to the fine print that stated the filing period for claims? Oxford tells me I'm not responsible to pay since it is the hospital's responsibility regardless of circumstances. Is this true? I've heard that if a collecting agent can't prove they own the debt that I don't have to pay. Is this possible and if so, why wouldn't the lawyers know about this and make sure they own what they bill?

Say whether you think Canadians have more or less liberties and why?

I say more because, legal drinking age is lower, statutory rape is more lenient meaning 18 yo can have sex with 16 yo and it isn't a crime and we broadcast nudity, adult language and content in our network television stations.

If a court can convict an innocent person it can release a guilty person.
The motto is when it comes to rape, murder, pedophilia "kill them all and let god sort them out".
