The child was taken away for 11years, the father never knew where they moved to?She said nothing to the father before she moved.She recently contacted him for 2days.Now disappered again.We've searched everywhere.This woman dont want to be found.He want's to be in his childs life.They were together only a short time.Is this her breaking any laws?What are his rights?We really need help!

Call the Colorado Bar Assoc. to see if they can give you pro bono leads. Also, call any law school in the area and see if they have a pro bono project that will take the matter.

Were there any legal issues in writing from a court? Is he paying child support? He should be careful what he wishes for. He could be forced to pay back child support if he pushes her too hard.

There is NO WAY anyone can answer your question(s) until you first tell us if there was every a finding of paternity / custody / visitation and if the couple was married around the time of the birth.
