My ex husband is the center of a lot of controversy in the area where he lives. He runs porn sites for a living.

Anyway, from 18-20 he took nude photos of me (NOT PORN). He was on Fox News last week and they were showing my photos without my permission. My ex does not have any model release forms signed by me, but he does have them on his portfolio website.

Yes, I did say that my future in laws saw the pictures, but they already knew that I had taken them, so that wasn't a huge deal. The huge deal is that they were shown on the national news and I have nothing to do with him now... I was just dragged into it.

I'm not looking for people to judge me or tell me, "Oh, well you took porn pictures... too bad for you." I would like to know if there is anything I can do about my images being shown on the national news. That's all.

I want to change my last name back to my birth last name. My step-dad adopted me and I have his last name right now, but I want my old last name back and I have my birth certificate and old SS cards to prove what my original last name was.

Does this cost a lot of money, do I need a lawyer, etc?

I'm an adult and not a minor...but my step-dad's last name stuck with me...

There is some lobbying for gay and lesbian couples to have the right to marry and gain the same rights as a traditional husband and wife marriage.

Personally, i believe that new legislation should be drawn up to cater for unions that give similar rights to couples that are married.
However i do not think that legislation should be changed to allow same sex couples to marry as traditional couples do now, specifically because this original legislation was chartered to apply to 'traditional' husband wife couples, not same sex couples.

What is your opinion on the issue?

Long live a free Kosova where the rights of all people regardless of creed and nationality will be respect. I know some of you will start complaining about the destroyed church. Do not worry we will rebuild them and everyone is welcome to come and see them as long as they have a entry visa for Kosovo.

I took my dog to the vet last Saturday because we discovered what looked to be some mucus discharge from her uteren area. She was due for her vaccinations anyway, so I took her in. I told the vet about the discharge and that I was concerned she might have an infection. They looked at her and said nothing was wong. We went on vacation last week, and had a friend feeding and watering the dog, but when we got home, she was looked awful and there was now bloody discharge. I took her to the emergency vet and she does in fact have a uteren infection which required emergency surgery, costing over $1000 and they are giving her a 50% chance of survival becasue it is in advanced stages. I am outraged that the vet did not catch this last week and now, I'm am out $1000, but more importantly may lose my dog. Is there any legal recourse?

Heres the deal. I work in small company, there is only two of us. My boss, somehow always pays me a week late, or bounces my pay check. Paying me a week late, causes me to pay late on my personal payment. Bounce checks cause my account to go negative. When i confornt her to pay me on time, she said no, and that she will mail me check. HELP!! What should i do?

Is it legal to take different parts of different photographs and combine them to make a completely new photograph that is unrecognizable from any of the original photos used. Say, if i wanted use the head of a political figure, celebrity, etc... and combine/manipulate it with parts of another photo. Not with the intent to deceive, but for obvious effects of humor.? I'm working on something for a website, and i forgot a lot of the laws about photo manipulation, using other people's photos, and public figures.... Could someone refresh me?

Okay, I got egged 2 times in a row by the same morons. Then I went outside with my camera, saw them, they threw an egg, they missed me, and I took a picture with my camera. is there any way that i can take a better picture? because the liscence plate is white and i cant see the code, or can the police actually figure it out?

...Center in St. Louis, MO caused by arson, or did they ever find a cause for the fire? Seems a little bit fishy to me, seeing as how the government is always trying to cover up this or that. I bought 5 acres in Texas and it includes an easment that I must give some neighbors to get to their property. It has a gravel road and takes quite a bit of room from my place. The road often gets rutted and the neighbors drive further and further onto my place. My question is what rights and responsibities do I have as the actual landowner and payer of property taxes for this place? Do I have to let them do anything they want? Can anyone drive on it with any vehicle? Am I responsible for accidents? How can I protect my rights? They often do work on the road messing up the drainage and doing a horrible job and have threatened to sue me if I say anything. I think they should ask before just doing work on what I own! I can't find any clear information. Help!

I've tried several searches (google, findlaw, etc.)

The judge's name is Jose I. Sandoval and he is a Superior court judge for Los Angeles County, District 125, where Judge Sandoval presides. I'd like to find out how long he's been in office, his age, articles and what offices he held before being elected to this judgeship.
