Your question is too simplified. Are the 15 year old's parents divorced? Do they live in the same state? Is that the state where they were divorced? What does the divorce custody order say?
Where is the baby's father? How old is he? Do they want to get married? Are they married?
There are tons more factors to consider before any answer can be anywhere near accurate. Please go see a Tennessee lawyer and take all of the facts with you for a proper analysis.

You probably need to consult an attorney. I live in TN, too btw. This is just an observation, but I wouldn't think a 15 year old could choose where they live, esp. one with a baby. A 15 year old that has a baby has already proven that they can't make very good desicions. I would think that who she lives with would depend upon who is financially responsible for the baby since a 15 year old cannot even get a job. Look in the phone book, though, and call an attorney who deals with custody issues.

It varies. It really just depends on the judge. There isn't really a set age. When the judge sees the mental capacity of the minor, that is really the thing. And also it depends on the parental situation. The judge won't let a child go into a home where the father is a pervert.
To sum it up, it just really depends on the situation.

The 15 year old is legally emancipated. She can choose for herself IF she declares her emancipation.

In Arkansas they have to be 12. I think TN is the same but not positive.
