Is it still considered larceny if while robbing a store you get caught but you never actually removed anything from the store, but you did have the intent to deprive the owner of their property.

Is there a rule that boys can't where makeup in school? The rules at my school about makeup are:
1. No unnatural, disturbing, distracting makeup.

A couple of my teachers said i had to take off my eyeliner and I said there was nothing in the schol handbook that said I couldn't. He gave me an office refferal (I'm in high school for god sakes) and I got a day of in school suspension. Is there anyway I can sue the school for that?

quote
Democrats and Americans feel betrayed by the Democratic leadership
with the clinton legacy I totally agree

- The only president ever impeached on grounds of personal malfeasance
- Most number of convictions and guilty pleas by friends and associates*
- Most number of cabinet officials to come under criminal investigation
- Most number of witnesses to flee country or refuse to testify
- Most number of witnesses to die suddenly
- First president sued for sexual harassment.
- First president accused of rape.
- First first lady to come under criminal investigation
- Largest criminal plea agreement in an illegal campaign contribution case
- First president to establish a legal defense fund.
- First president to be held in contempt of court
- Greatest amount of illegal campaign contributions
Fat chance Ms Pelosi will listen.

I want to change my first name but I don't know how much it costs. Also, I have already been to the courts to change my last name when my step father adopted me when I was 12. Will that make a difference when I go to do it again? (FYI) if you have a step father and he adopts you it's an open window to change your whole name(in the state of FL my family didn't know this till all the paper work was already filled so it was too late.)so now, I live in GA and want to get this done..anyone done it yet? Also I've seen people ask this question saying it's $500-2,000 when I did mine it was only $150.00 in florida. and yes, I'm old enough to do it on my own..I'm 20. Help I can't find any GA info for this. Thanks

European courts have refused to extradite murderers to the U.S. without guarantees against the use of capital punishment. I respect their right to their own laws but think they are wrongly interfering in U.S. internal matters.
I can not believe these courts would like to see their fugitives allowed to hide in the U.S.

a year ago, I bought a expensive house with my then girlfriend and 22 days later she cheated me (Cought) and left me for a guy a her work. I couldnt afford the house by my self and we agreed that she would pay half (verbal) she has not done any of it. here it is a year later. and I have brought a suit up for fraud because she lead me to believe that we were going to settle down and kids. now she making up that she left because of violence (verbal) and that she was forced out. which is a complete lie. she treatens that if I sue her, that she will counter sue and things are going to get nasty. I have a case against her. But can I win this "tit for tat " she is going to play? she is very vendictive and is willing to say anything to make it look like she had to leave when she jump out of my bed and into his. do I go with the law suit or walk away? I have lost over $20,000 and a house stuck in litigation.

I have been doing this for several years, and just got a letter from a lawer demanding that I settle with them for $10,000 before they sue me for close to $100,000 as well as remove the material immediately. I thought when I bought it, I could do with it what I want. What should I do? Thanks!

I recently recieved in the mail that the RMV wants to suspend my license. Their reason being that I have 5 surchargable events in the past 3 years. Except the last time I went to court was 2 months ago because of expired license, expired inspection sticker, expired registration, and expired insurance. Sounds worse than it actually was. The judge told me that if I pay the 71 dollars in court fee's that day that he would dismiss the case for me, and I would have no charges whatsoever. With this in mind it should only be 4 events in the past three years. I'm leaving for basic training in a month and a half and this will seriously screw up my enlistment. Everytime I go to court they always just don't listen to what I have to say and punish me. What's my best chance at fighting this? Can I go to the court and ask for the communication records for that day? Anything anyone can do to help! I need this bad!

Does an email recipient have a right to "publish" and/or "make public", the contents of that email, providing they protect the privacy of the sender (i.e., block username, email address, real name)?
I am curious if it is "ok" to, for instance, publish on to my public blog, a portion of an email I received from another private party (not a corporation or such). I intend to remove ANY identifying info about the author. It is solely the content of the email I want to push to my blog.
Is this legal? Or do email composers own the Intellectual Property of the emails they send? Please let me know whether or not you are an attorney. Thanks

There were these 2 employees at taco bell fist fighting each right outside of the resturant (basically 6-8 feet away from the exit sign). They were like 8 customers (including me) (also including 2 children) watching this fight from our seats. A lot of us felt we were in a danger, so many of us left. Is there a possibly that we can file a lawsuit against taco bell, for endangering us customers or is it a stupid idea. Asking, because laws are not my fort'e....
