Is there a rule that boys can't where makeup in school? The rules at my school about makeup are:
1. No unnatural, disturbing, distracting makeup.

A couple of my teachers said i had to take off my eyeliner and I said there was nothing in the schol handbook that said I couldn't. He gave me an office refferal (I'm in high school for god sakes) and I got a day of in school suspension. Is there anyway I can sue the school for that?

Most people are not used to males wearing any make up at all and probably find it disturbing. If a girl was wearing the same thing they would have no problem with it right? But thats the world we live in right now and you have to deal with it and follow the rules. Your education should be more important that what you look like, anyways. :)

I don't think you can sue them for that. Any normal judge would probably laugh you out of court. But if you are that upset about it, try talking to someone in a high position within your school and get it sorted out. If those teachers have no specific reasons for not letting you wear eyeliner, then you may be able to wear it in the future, if it's not distracting other students. That's only if you have a severe need to wear eyeliner in school and can't just wait till after school to apply it.

No. You can't sue the school. because all schools have a rule in the handbook that allows them to take action against whatever they want (to address issues that come up before dealing with the bureaucracy of changing the rule book.

Besides. Just grow the hell up, skip the eye-liner, and stop thinking you get to sue for every little freaking thing that happens in life that you don't like.

i in my opinion don't have piercings different than my ears yet a chum did and she or he had to take it out whilst she went to college. It grew back and she or he have been given it redone. This time I advised her to place the sparkling back from considered one of my rings in it to maintain it open- issues are slightly different now- they make a sparkling carry- in basic terms ask the human beings your going to to get it accomplished formerly you get it accomplished. in case you could no longer discover it. do no longer do it. You threat problem from college in case you place on it, closure in case you do no longer and achievable an infection in case you utilize some thing else. I do trust the others- colleges there for getting to grasp- you need to no longer get it till you out- in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it incredibly is genuine.
