There were these 2 employees at taco bell fist fighting each right outside of the resturant (basically 6-8 feet away from the exit sign). They were like 8 customers (including me) (also including 2 children) watching this fight from our seats. A lot of us felt we were in a danger, so many of us left. Is there a possibly that we can file a lawsuit against taco bell, for endangering us customers or is it a stupid idea. Asking, because laws are not my fort'e....

Stupid idea. If you all felt trapped, you may have a claim for "false imprisonment" however you said that many left, therefore, you have no cause of action. What kind of money damages do you think you deserve?

No. However that is something the manager at Taco Bell should have addressed with the police at the time it was happening. There would be 2 employees fired and in jail! All you can do is remove yourself from the situation.

they were outside fighting each other and you were inside eating and watching them, how exactly did you feel threatened but to answer your question I'm sure in this liberal retarded a** legal system of ours there is probably some way you could cheat taco bell out of some of the money they worked for and took a chance to open a business for or you could get off your dead a** and try to make your own money instead

If you were not harmed, you would not have much of a case. Being affraid you might be harmed is not the same thing, legally. You would be requireds to prove that you were indeed threatened and that Taco Bell was responsible for it. That will not be easy.

You could probably find some stupid lawyer who will take your case. Obviously you can't charge them since they did no harm to you. Best way to sue is probably to argue that Taco Bell is knowingly hiring convicted criminals in improper ways(if those kids have records). But former criminals do have right to get jobs.
It's going to be really dumb lawsuit though even if you find some lawyer who will do it.

It would be right up there with the lawsuit against McDonald for serving hot coffee.
No one was hurt, you could have left....you have no case.
