Assume some police officer ,advocate & magistrate act oblivious {UNAWARE} & ignore the guidelines framed by Supreme Court regarding arresting & prosecuting medical professionals for negligence.
And they file & proceed some case of medical negligence under section 304 IPC instead of 304 'A' IPC ignorantly against some doctor.
Because of it that Dr. becomes unnecessorily jailed for a long time & suffers a great loss of reputation and income.
IS not that professional negligence from the side of people who are connected with legal system of India?
Could that Dr.get compensation for all his pains & damages in the form of money in India?
Could that Dr. file criminal complaint against those legal professionals for CAUSING unjust , unlawful & ignorant legal proceeding against him?

How can anyone say anything to America? Why doesn't the American Government just tell all the people it owes to pound salt. They can just bully them, and say NO! I'm not paying. Strong arm everyone.

Hey, i have a question for all you law savvy people. I know of an SPCA that when you report animal abuse cases, they take no action and do not seem to care at all (i hva experience with this)..now since these abuse cases are against the law...could you go through the police? And is the fact that they arent taking action at this particular SPCA something that can be reported? Thank you for your time.

Let's say I wanted to buy an island that belongs to Canada....
http://www.privateislandsonline.com/davis-island.htm for example. What could I do with it? Could I change its name to something I want it to be? Can I make my own set of rules (not a complete set of laws, but a few changes like maybe no smoking/no fishing or something). Ty!

Imagine some patient's family institute malicious, frivolous charge & proceeding of criminal negligence against some doctor ;
despite knowing that there is no just or lawful ground for such charge & proceeding.
They do so with intent ;
to take revenge of their relative's death under that Dr.'s care,
to cause sufferings to Dr
to cause harm to his reputation & professional status.
Can that aggrieved Dr. prosecute that patient's family for instituting false charge & proceeding in criminal court of India?
Can that aggrieved Dr. get monetary compensation for all damages he suffered because of them in civil court of India?

What is maximum amount of money that can be claimed by some plaintiff as compensation for damages in civil courts of India for the defamation
& for the malicious false proceedings ?
What civil courts of India do when; suppose some defendant looses the case & is orderded to pay compensation money FAR BEYOND his whole life's earnings & property?
e.g.suppose someone has to pay compensation of 20 carores BUT his total earnings and property cost only 20 lacs
In such cases do they send some defendant jail because of non payment?

Suppose some person G comes to know that he has broken some law and done an offense because of wrong advice of some advocate (G's legal adviser).
It was not done if that advocate would not have suggested that ; that act was legal in G's legal adviser's view & knowledge.
Will court punish only accused G but NOT that advocate in India?
Will court punish that advocate for abettment of that offense & set G free because basic fault was of that advocate?
Or court will punish both of them in India?

Recently, I had a conversation with a boyhood friend who I,ve always perceived as one of the smartest/sharpest people I have ever known. He indicated that he has thoughts of purchasing a cruise ship and declaring it a sovereign nation. He would anchor this ship in international waters of the coast of the worlds most populated cities. He would name his country "Utopia" and feature unlimited gambling, narcotics, as well as, prostitution. He would shuttle tourists to his "country" via helicopters and airplanes. He claims he and his investors would/could become billionairs after a very few years of operation. I can't help but think, in theory, he may be on to something. Could this scheme succeed? What, if any, are the legal and political ramifacations of his plan?

I bought a truck with my credit for a boyfriend, he agreed to make all payments and the downpayment. He has now left me and the truck behind after three months and wants to sue me for the downpayment and the two payments he made...

I have handled the loan situation and avoided repossession, but am about 6k in the hole from the deal.

Haven't I paid enough? Should I really be afraid of a law suit??

I am 31 years old and have 2 children from my previous marriage. I'm remarried and am looking into writing a will. (I'll obviously ask this question to the lawyer when I'm making out the will, but in the meantime thought I'd ask here to see if anyone knew.) Can I include in a will that my children maintain a relationship (or visitation) with their step dad in the event of my death? I'm not asking about custody, just maintaining a relationship. This is something I would need to have in place if possible because my ex husband would not do this of his own free will. (He's very insecure and has never wanted any other father figures in the kids lives - but that's a completely different topic) :) Thanks!!
