why would you incriminate yourself by asking such a question?

the police have enough evidence to charge you with something when the predominant evidence they do have points to you. Did you threaten this person? Has anyone ELSE threatened this person? Were you identified by the person who was assaulted? doesn't care if you THINK you were identifiable or not.
You asking this question sure would make me wonder what the crap was going on. For your own sake, I hope you didn't do it...because it's pretty brutal, evil, sick and wrong to beat someone that way....and could kill them. If you DID do it, there's a good chance the county attorney could charge you with attempted murder.

grow up.

You know, dude you now have this question on your yahoo account, and it can't be erased. Sure hope you haven't done something stupid. If you didn't, just be honest and everything will be okay.
