Some states used to have statutes called "Alienation of Affection" where someone could be charged for "enticing" a married or engaged individual into an elicit affair. Intelligence took over in most cases, however as it became abundantly clear that the responsibility for being married should fall on the individual who was actually married. I have never understood why the individual who was supposed to have the committed relationship is not the one who is chastised and judged. What an ignorant way to proceed.

Are you 3? "I want to get her fired so her life is misery too"....how childish - first
If her job is low then she doesn't have much too loose
If her job is high she probably will get a new one in seconds
There once was a time when people cared that you were fired becuase of an affair - no longer.
Your husband is a git - ditch him. Not her.
Get Him fired he deserves it and even if you dont want him fired by reporting her you report him and he will be fired - especially if he is her senior - he will be fired and she wont.
Don't forget if you get him and/or her fired you risk loosing your husband and looking the fool in front of yhis new girlfriend who got a new job with him and is happy. Its better to dump him on your terms than him dump you cause you made him and/or his girlfriend loose there jobs.

The MARRIED man is cheating the single isn't.

How do you know she knows he is married loads of men lie you know. Infact you do know that he lies because he lied to you about an affair.

Oh and remember it takes two to have an affair - your husbands far from innocent.

What occurs many of the time is that the on the spot assumption is that she is telling the certainty and he's mendacity. An analyze will happen, interior which, in contrast to another crime, his call would be smeared by although press desires to carry on with the story. he will ought to hire a lawyer to shelter himself, in view that this might pass to court docket. as quickly as she presses costs, she does not have the potential to confirm how far the prosecution will pass. he will the two pass to court docket, or they (the prosecutor) will confirm early on that there is not any longer adequate evidence to help her declare. often, although, in a battering accusation prosecutors will take the case even on the flimsiest evidence. this is totally obtainable, if he has a great lawyer, that he would be discovered no longer to blame. by then, however, the wear and tear is executed - so he will counter-sue for those damages. he will sue for lost income and costs incurred, for obtainable emotional injury and the damages linked with restoring his call. this could be protracted, yet finally he will possibly win - the courts take an exceptionally dim view on using the device for deepest revenge. She is often charged with offender habit - submitting a pretend declare for deepest income. she would be waiting to ought to get representation, yet being to blame, this is totally possibly she would be waiting to be to blame for paying him tens of hundreds of greenbacks, spending everywhere from some months to a pair years in detention center, and specific paying fines for all the court docket costs incurred. appears like a super plan.

no you can't do anything to legally make you feel better. BUT, you can call the companys annomynous loss prevention or HR hotline and leave a tip that you saw those 2 employees engaging in sexual behavior. They'll get investigated and both likely will be fired. You won't be able to get just her fired. He is an equal part.

What are you getting mad at her for? He is the one who made a vow to you, she didn't. If she is of such low moral character to have sex with a married man that is her own personal hell. Forget her. He is the one who let you down. He is the one who broke his vows. He is the one who lied to you put you in this humiliating position.

Do not seek vengeance against the woman. She owes you nothing. You husband is the one who has caused this damage. You have every legal and moral right to be outraged with him.

If there's a non-fraternizing policy at work, yes.

If there isn't, No.

Either way spare them and everyone else your moral judgements about things that really aren't your business.

EDIT:

Handle it at home. Handle it with him. You'll get her fired, she'll rub your face into her and your man...or worse. It's just stupid and in the end you WILL NOT feel better.

The only one you really have any influence on his him. If she gave a sh-t about you she wouldn't have slept with him. You won't make her feel bad or guilty....just pi--ed and she'll make you suffer, too.

You THINK she can't do anymore to you. You're wrong.

Let that part go.

No, if you interfere and get her fired, she can sue you.

You should go out and have an affair of your own. Pick one of his friends and do it in a sleazy motel. Better still make it some old bald fat guy or someone he hates.

I just want to know why you want to bring a case against the girl.

If anyone has a case for anything, it would be the man's wife when she divorces him and sues for alimony, custody, etc.

Well hun sorry to say but it takes two to tango..
There is not a thing you can do about her I'm afraid unless the company does not allow dating within their office.
But if you disclose to the firm/office what is going on.. you are likely to get hubby in trouble also..
I would be more angry with him.. if anyone!!!
