Like cracking down on criminals, many people walk free even though the evidence is clear. I think that sometimes America must sacrifice some freedom for order.

I have seen the corruptions from the inside out - many innocent being found guilty just because of the "Cause of Action" against them - you need to be really really clever to get out of even a traffic ticket - if the Cause of Action is "that you signed the ticket for the violation" ... if indeed you did sign the ticket - just as stated in the Cause of Action - you will be found guilty; even if, you prove you are innocent ... why?

The judge will instruct the jury that the Cause of Action is what is on trial - and that if the Defense proved beyond a shadow of doubt THAT HE DID NOT SIGN THE TICKET ... then he must be found innocent and fully acquitted ... BUT;

If the Plaintiffs have proven beyond a shadow of doubt that the Defendant DID SIGN THE TICKET - as the Cause of Action does allege ... then the jury must produce a finding of guilty.

Cause of Action is where it is ... and when innocent people are fleeced by this system - EVEN FOR A TRAFFIC TICKET ... this RAISES THE CRIME RATE ...

Yes indeed - if your car is not registered because you forgot to do it last month or did not have the money at the time ... YOU ARE GOING TO BE FOUND A CRIMINAL AND PART OF THE STATISTICS ...

The very statistics that have CALLED TO HIRE MORE COPS ... to hand out more tickets to INNOCENT PEOPLE SO THEY CAN BECOME CRIMINALS BECAUSE OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE DEFENDED AGAINST ...

Then the statistics rise again and more cops are needed to hand out more tickets ...

The real criminals are those sitting behind the bench wearing a dress like their mothers and the attorney's that are AGENTS TO THE COURT THAT SACRIFICE THEIR CLIENTS TO THE COURTS - and make it look like the innocent guy was getting off easy - cause the judge could have thrown the book at him if he did not just plea guilty ... pay a lesser - BUT STILL PAY a fine ... and the judge and your lawyer really make out well.

I got proof of this and I speak only the truth.

I think we should be strict in many areas.
Law, security, immigration,sentencing, lobbying, and I also think that freedom of speech should not include the radical muslims preaching hatred.

the high number of negroes and illegals make it impossible to incarcerate everone that commits a crime. there's just not enough money for it. giving negroes whipping like they do in singapore won't work here because of the outcry of the jesse and al sharpton's political pull.
