We got into a fight, he didnt hurt me at all but i got scared and i called de the police...anyway he was in jail and now we have a no contact order between us..the day he got released i went to the court and explained the situation that it was a misunderstanding and that he is a good father and husband. Ok I won a small claims judgement in oct. 2006. The woman never paid, so I certified her...still no money so I sent her a subpoena of information (where she suppose to tell me where all her assets ect are loacted) well she never filled it out...so I'm at a loss as to where to go from here....I'm in NY any suggestions??? well i got caught stealing lot's of stuff. so it was over 400 dollars which means it's grand theft. (right?) and i had scissors with me so it's worse...

well this happened on february and about two days ago, i got a letter from probation department saying there's an appointment. what are my chances of getting on probation?

and it said i needed to bring my report cards or "additional material pertinent."
i have a 3.85 gpa and i do volunteer work. so i'm going to take my report cards. should i take anything else? would the high gpa help me get out of getting on probation?

My boss had accidentaly deposited someones payroll check into my checking account for over $1,900. I came to find out my account only had $1400 in it. We agreed over the phone that i'll write a check for her for $1200. I checked my account later and found out she withdrawn the $1900 without even telling me!! That's an overdrawn of $500 that I have to replace on my next check, which I don't have. What can I do here? You think I should had kept the money? How can this be fixed. And I have bills that is on hold that has not been paid yet.

I've heard people say that if we get rid of all the guns, then we are only setting ourselves up for crime because if a criminal wants to get a gun and kill or rob then he will.

I [adult female] took photos from my camera of mine with my other female friends at beach when we went to picnic.I am in a sleeveless T shirt and a half paint in that photo.After returning from there i gave the negatives to develop the photos from them to a nearby studio to my locality.I have paid him completely.He has fixed a solo photo of mine in a sleeve less T-shirt and half paint to tease me because i always wear Salwaar Kameez in my locality and college.I feel very shamful and odd because all the local people see and make fun of that.HOW CAN I GET HIM PUNISHED BY LAW ENFORSEMENT?
