I'm 15 (minor) and I wanna sue my History Teacher an 3 asistant principals for Defamation of Character!!!!

you have a right to sue anyone for anything, you'd need a guardian to stand in your stead, but you could sue- doesn't mena you'd win, but you COULD sue

Yes you can!!! You either have someone sue for you as "Guardian Ad Litem" or as "Next Friend". Next Friend = your parent. Guardian Ad Litem is where the court appoints someone to represent your interests. Go consult an attorney. Yes you can indeed sue! (No guarantee you will win.)

No, you cannot initiate a lawsuit if you are a minor. Your parent or guardian must file the claim on your behalf.
