I [adult female] took photos from my camera of mine with my other female friends at beach when we went to picnic.I am in a sleeveless T shirt and a half paint in that photo. After returning from there i gave the negatives to develop the photos from them to a nearby studio to my locality.I have paid him completely. He has fixed a solo photo of mine in a sleeve less T-shirt and half paint to tease me because i always wear Salwaar Kameez in my locality and college.I feel very shamful and odd because all the local people see and make fun of that.HOW CAN I GET HIM PUNISHED BY LAW ENFORSEMENT?

Invasion to privacy is a criminal offence as per ruling of the Hon'ble Appx.court. Just serve a Legal notice to the Studio and see the result. Subsequently, do not forget to ask for the expenses you have spent for serving the Legal Notice etc. which the Studio, I presume, would reimburse without any exchange of words.
You can safely start a criminal suit or lodge FIR with the Police (i.e., asking the State to start legal proceedings ).

I would inform him in writing of your objection for displaying that photo without your permission. If he avoids your request, find a lawyer and sue him and ask for a big payment. I am sure there are laws to protect people in your situation.

i think that's more of a civil matter. you can ask him to take it down because he doesn't have your permission. if not, slap him with a pain and suffering lawsuit.
but i doubt that will pan out.
if it is a chain store, start calling managers and HR hotlines and any line you can get a hold of, to get the guy fired.

Take a lawyer and force him to publicly apologies to you.

Posting is illegal if you nicely tell him to remove it and he does not. You can take over his studio as damage.

Lawyer will send him a show cause notice why a legal action is not in order.

This is not a criminal offense. It is a civil offense if anything. You can try to sue him, but you probably will have to prove that you were damaged in some way.
