It is called something like cyber bullying. Yes she can do something that is legal. Depends on your school if you can get suspended, and it depends on if her parents take it up and sue you. Go watch "Hand that rocks the Cradle" there is a particular scene in there that rocks and is what you deserve. :) Have a nice day.

I wouldn't if I were you, some lads in the US are currently being sued by a teacher for doing something similar and will be covicted felons for life if she wins

No she cannot. The only thing she can do is disconnect. That will solve her problem. Leave the nut alone. Suspension, that depends on the allowance of the provider.

lol, but I wouldn't piss anyone off in that way.
If you hate someone keep it to yourself, she's not harming
others.
Edit: To the other answer,
he's only saying a name, not abusive photography or what have
you. You can be fined for slander I suppose, that's about it.

I think there was a case recently where a student did something like this, and did get suspended, and sued.
