somebody please please help me I have a tight deadline and theres two parts to this project first i have to sumnmarize 6 cases and there like 20 pages an dim only in high school not a law student so ocan you please help me outtt for three of these i beg of you

My Wife worked for a daycare, and was accussed of putting a piece of tape on a pre-k students mouth by parents of child, my

wifes coworker told the parents that my wife did do it, so

day care liscensing interviewed staff and since the coworker said my wife did it they said my wife was 51% responsible for the incident,(just because coworker said she did it).....

all other staff including director say my wife is the best teacher in the school and all the other parents love her and state that she would never do such a thing.......

there are two parents that are witnesses that say my wife DID NOT do this.......(they were there at the time of the aligation)

my wife got fired today by CEO of daycare..

my wife think the coworker did this and blamed it on my wife so she would not get in trouble

Parents of the alleged victim owe $1000's in day care fees they never paid..my wifes career is in jeoperdy because of a lie..is there anything we can do ?

for no reason, and im at a convienant store, and i cant defend myself, im not strong, and i went and got a pot of boiling hot coffee and poured it in his face scaring him for life..

Well, I had a convo with the property manager where I currently reside and she faxed me over a copy of the extra charges and fees and I have to say, it's way more than necessary... Other than the late fees, which we do owe, everything is ridiculous... There are so many court fees that it's crazy.. I never have in my life seen so many unnecessary charges... We are supposed to sit down and meet on Tuesday so we can talk and settle the differences before she files an eviction, but she claims that she wants to work it out... I don't believe her, but I'm going to file a court case against her in hopes that it prevents an eviction from being filed... Is it possible to file a court order to prevent eviction????

I live in Louisiana and to me it's the poorest state for SSI people, my mother is on SSI and needs more help and in this sorry state it's really not that great, so what would you say is the BETTER state for the best medical help for people on SSI?

my boyfriend purchased a car on finance, put the finance in his name but the cars registration in my name. we have now split up and i am now making payments directly to him so he can pay the finance company.
MY QUESTION IS: is the car legally mine, the finance companys or my ex boyfriends?
once ive paid the car of can he take the car back of of me legally?
or if he stops paying the finance company can they take the car away from me?
i would be so so gratefull if anyone could help me out with this

It came to me that we have the ability to do whatever we want with press, music, television and other media because of the 1st Amendment of the Constitution in the United States, which is called "Freedom of Press", so why is it that cussing is not allowed much on television? I find it hard to believe that they cut out cuss words from adult programs. So why is it that they do that, isn't that against the constitution?

I owe some money to my company, around 2,000 dollars.
Its up to the person in H&R to make sure I pay the money.
I think she wants to ‘do me the favor’ and forget about it.

What should I do??
It’s kinda silly to keep asking someone to take money from you…. But at the same time it might not be very smart to forget about it.

Do you hate me for being different from yourself? If so, why? How did you reach that point to be a hater? Even if you do hate me for being different, would you still work for me if I were a business owner and I hired you? Also, would you not want to be my co-worker and would you decline a job if you had to work with a minority citizen?

I find racism very strange and unlogical. I've known many predjudice and racists alike who drive foreign made imported vehicles that were made by yellow or brown factory workers. I can't for the likes of me understand that.

Also many White American's might hate Mexicans but why do they continue to eat the fruits that were picked by Mexican farm laborers?

If you hate, I want to know why you hate. If you are predjudice I would like to know why you insisnt on pre-judging people and lumping them in certain categories long before he/she had the chance to open their mouths and display their true Characters.

WHY have the American people ALLOWED the Government to slowly take our right to privacy away? GPS- general people search. Cell phones- Human tracking devices. Home Security systems- track peoples commings and goings. ALL in the name of "protection". I had been stuck in a 2 year retail job, that I took as a spacer, now I seem to be branded at that. For two years it broke me, and I'm single and very frugal.
