What are you 14? Judging guilt and innocence is not wrong. Without law and order you have chaos. You can judge all you want but you cannot discriminate unfairly. You can choose to hire a college graduate over a high school drop out because you judge the graduate is better qualified and a better worker. You cannot choose a dropout over the graduate if your motivation is race or religion, etc.

Who says judging someone is wrong? We judge people in a court of law based on a set of rules we all argee to abide by... now if you judge someone for just being different maybe thats wrong but breaking a written law deserves judgement...

Law and order is the control mechanism that is used to regulate your behavior. That mechanism is in the juristiction of the lawmakers and the courts.
Indeviduals are not allowed to judge anyone's action or behavior and mete out punishment
If it's not prohibited by legislation , laws , governing principles, and policies somewhere, Then it probably is not a fun activity to engage in anyway.

Judging someone for who they are or what they look like is certainly not right, but judging their actions as they relate to the sustenation of a civilized society is completely right.

To create stability. The laws are just rules in play so people can function in their day to day lives. Those who decide to rebel and protest, they have that right. Those who decide to kill or steal are giving up their rights because they are taking the rights of others to live and possess. Law and order = stability.

I believe law and order is to catch the ppl that conduct bad things....i.e. here action and witness is required. When we judge ppls thoughts and even if their intentions are different from what they say their intentions were, there might be no wotness for his/her inner thoughts.

prejudice is wrong. i don't think it's wrong to judge someone after examining all the facts, like in a court of law.
