I think someone is trying to get me beaten up, but that person themselves wont be doing it, theyl be paying someone else to.

Can they be prosecuted for this, or can only the person they payed to beat me up be prosecuted?

Thanks :)

Hired a "small family business" roofing company - licensed and insured. Six mexicans on my roof for two days, turns out they don't speak a lick of english and their unknowing negligence (covered my exhaust with shingles) made me sick, hospital stay, and time off of work. The contractor has not returned for his money or to complete the work as promised. After speaking with authorities around town I find out he has a terrible reputation. Why is this guy still licensed? What should I do?

I just saw a guardian article that the Germans (it wold have to be) are developing scanners that can predict a persons intentions with a 70% success rate. Why can't the government just bugger off and leave us alone to get on with our lives. We managed before without all this crap, surely we can carry on without this stupid technology?

We are formally divorced since April,2006.
The written agreement which has value of Court's decision , she does not respect.
Problem is that she does not like to enable contact between me and our children. Sometimes objective reasons are stronger, but
personally I want to spend time and to build relationship with kids.
Now I was told that she needs my permission how she could take them to Canada - I do not want to speculate about details- for how long...and we are living on the ex Yugoslavia area
Why exists such condition?
Should I take a clear position for negotiations?
kids are about 4 and 5 years old

I feel sorry for Josh Hancock (mlb baseball player killed when he ran into the back of a tow truck while he was also drunk) but how crazy it is that his family is suing the restaurant for serving him drinks, the tow truck company because their drunk son ran into the back of it and the man that the tow truck was helping is also being sued for some crazy reason!!!!! what do you think about this???? This is just as bad as the people that sue mcdonalds because they're fat or 7 eleven because they spill their coffee. Im fat but i'm nor suing mcdonalds for that.

Should I just pay it, or do the mitigation or contested hearing? I was going 73 in a 60 but he wrote it up as a 65 in a 60, the fine is $81, should I defer or fight it? Also if I don't defer it, how do you think it would effect my insurance rates for a 20 year old?

Also any ideas of what to say if I do decide to do a hearing? I'm leaning towards mitigation hearing, where you admit to the infraction but want to explain the circumstances.

Also, can you do both a mitigation and a defferal?
