You needed to go to the courthouse and file evictions on him before he will have to leave, he legally has 30 from the eviction notice to move out.

Ok look you have to get aggressive with these type of people that is the only language they understand. Remove their belongings from the house with force it doesn't matter where you put it, the street will be fine, they already knew that they had to leave so their property is their problem not yours. Change your locks and then tell them they can keep this months rent as a payoff to never have to see any of them ever again. The thing is to not be intimidated by anyone in life no matter who or what they think they are. You are in the right remember that, it is your house.

If you don't have a lease with them then an eviction notice doesn't matter. Since they pay no rent.
1. Notify them that on Midnight on a given date the locks will be changed and they must be out of the residence. Put that in writing. Give it to them and make sure they read and sign a copy and return it to you. Then proceed
2. Pack their stuff up and put it in the garage
3. Change the locks on the doors.
This way if they break in or damage your property you have their stuff in a box and will be happy to hand it over to the police when they show up for it.

unless you have a copy of written notice to vacate you might have a problem getting them out by the time...if have not provided them with a written notice do so now...keep a copy for your records, then at the end of the time allotted you will have legal grounds to move there stuff out and change the locks..as far as Mays rent, well you can either chock it up as a lesson learned and eat it or you can file a small claims suit in court also asking for court costs....move quickly though

what i would do have them sign a contract, that they will leave by June 25 then have it state they they will pay for may and June rent. this will help you if you have to take them to court.... or call the police.. You probably cant kick them out right know ,because you have no proof you told them in may to leave. They will probly lie.

RE: the ### number of people alowed to live in these zoned areas! tho seldom enforced it is true. clutter as in magazines/ periodcals stacked on floors and tables are a fire and safty hazard. Autos to 1 residence also. Flake out and Call code enforcemnt/ Did you know 20 yr. mistery the B.T.K. killers job was code enf. / Ours code enf. guy looked incredably just like him . Al Sengstock in morro bay ca. was laid off soon after. but it wasn't him.creepy ooohh.
Dept soc svc. are kinder. safer for all. Loath the PIGS eating their own kind.. don't give them a job and they'll make up there own detective work/ like lots of firemen have started major fires.. Bored I Guess or they really love to watch their work in progress.
Child services are another service thats the necessay evil but $$for families really helps the welfare of the childeren and the determining factor in how we think a child should be brought up. #$$$ doesn't statistically keep them from prison. Proven is the case of the reduced risks if pops is present in the family. male + fem. childeren drastically reduces that misternomer.
Ya Know that if you adopt a child you get $15,000/yr. benifits dept soc svc's. But if you need to have assistance in rasing your own child It's 1/2 of that in Calif.. Pay's to steal a meal ticket. Maybe different state to state/

i would tell them OUT! literally you can't be soft on people anymore, they take advantage of TOO much! if your not comfortable with doing it yourself can a sheirf im sure there willing to help you out...how long have they been liviing with you, beacsue i know the longer it is, the less teh police will do trust me, i had a bum boyfriend who always did nothing, i worked 6-7 days a week, sometimes two jobs a day, while he sat at home, never cleaned, never cooked, never paid anything, it's time to let the bums out of your house and put them where ever it is they belong, its not your problem, you have your own family to worry about, its not worth fighting over with your husband he deserves respect in his own home, give that to him by throwing them out, you gave them there notice thats them now do what ever you have to do!

Give them an eviction notice and then go to the justice of the peace precinct in your area and file for eviction....make sure you have proof of non payment and they will have to legally move out...you can also put their stuff outside and not let them back into the house!

when they leave take their crap and put it out side, and change the locks and buy a dog. if they try to get back in tell them "go suck off of some other family member!! no offense but I have a very hungry dog and I suggest you get your crap out of my lawn quick!" if you can't bring your self to do this, turn off the breaker to their room and pad lock the breaker box shut and every time you see them say, get out of my house! (you can also turn off the breakers for all the appliances when you aren't using them, for instance the hot water heater, and then all the breakers when you aren't home)

Document Everything! As a renter you have to give them at least 30 days. If they don't leave, type up a letter, keep a copy for yourself, sign and date it, and give it to them, maybe even with a witness around. Remember- If it's NOT in writting, it DOESN'T count. Good Luck.
