I don't have an attorney, but I'd like to show the court that my daughter's father should have nothing more than supervised visitation at this point.

I would consider getting an attorney, but if you can't you need evidence that he is a danger to your child.

The first thing is I can't believe you would go to court with no lawyer! Especially if he has one. They are going to do their damndest to make you look like a neglectful mother while he will be shown as a model citizen!

If you have some documentation, and I strongly suggest ANYONE going through this issue to KEEP A DIARY, bring it. Bring people who know him personally, have seen him interact with your daughter personally, and any DVs, failure to pay child support (Though that really can't be used) and any other think, like a DUI, an arrest for assault, a report to protective services! GET A LAWYER!

just went through this - if you want to control visitation of a biological parent, you better get a lawyer
especially as the spouse probably will
