appealing???

Question

somebody please please help me I have a tight deadline and theres two parts to this project first i have to sumnmarize 6 cases and there like 20 pages an dim only in high school not a law student so ocan you please help me outtt for three of these i beg of you

If these cases were appealed to the next level and you were the presiding judge at that appeal court, provide reasons to dismiss the case and reasons to overturn the lower court’s decision. However, conclude with your own decision.
