Is contract legal if both copies dont have all signatures?

car dealership signed their top copy of a carbon after the fact. My copy just has my signature. Is this legal or binding?

Your copy is not, but theirs is.

Get a copy of one with their signature, just in case you ever need to enforce it against them.
