Legally (not morally), who is at fault? If I'm in a parallel parked car, and swing my driver's side door open. A car driving along side couldn't dodge out of the way fast enough and crushes my door. Who is at fault? Hypothetically.

Thanks

supposedly i am under investigation for stealing from the store I work at... and I have not yet been interrogated by loss prevention... and its been almost 2 months.. but recently i heard that I am going to be spoken to... I didnt steal nor was i involved with the persons that did... but Im guessing by procedure I have to be questioned and harassed. but by law can they call me a liar even if they dont believe me?... because i know that they are going to harass me... and be mean and say that I stole when i didnt. Because i will end up getting an attitude really quick if im called a liar... by law can they do that? also Im not being scheduled... hardly at all... and when I have call ins... and I call in they dont use them....but when someone else calls in... they tell them to come in! is that legal as well?

Personally I think abortion should be legal because you "have the right" but, on the other hand we should limit it.

I notice that IN SOME CASES abortion is like a way to get rid of your baby and drop the financial, paternal and the other stuff that comes with it.

NOTICE HERE I SAID IN SOME CASES NOT ALL.

So everybodys happy right...

I sued the developer of my house for faulty compaction of the soil, which lead to a cracked foundation, cracking walls, leaking windows, warped door frames, etc. It was a simple case, but because my lawyer was a complete idiot and wasn't familiar with key info during trial, we lost. I then got a lawyer to represent my community, and we went against the developer in a class action. The developer settled out of court, on the condition they would not compensate for our house because we previously sued and lost. The association accepted the offer and sent checks to all our neighbors, giving us nothing. Forgetting about the lack of ethics involved in that decision, does the board of the association have the right, the legal authority, to single my house out of the community when paying this settlement? Do I have a strong case against my association? They have a $1 million insurance policy and I plan to sue them for all they're worth. Any lawyers out there looking for a contingency case?
