The age of consent is 16.
However if you are a legal adult 18. It is still illegal to have sex with a minor.
Also it is morally wrong as well. And keep in mind that even if the parents allow it someone else can report, anyone can.

if you're over 18 than so does the other person. If you are under 18 then the other person needs to be 16 with parents consent

Well if you can make the other person feel guilty about it then they dont have to be any certain age.
