They did not use our logo. But they used about 500 words copied from our ad. This is for a plumbing company.

Not anymore than its legal for you to cut and paste the other guy's signature onto his check and going to the bank and cashing it.

That's not fair use of a competitor's ad copy. Thats unfair trade practices. You should register your copyrighted materials. That way you can sue and get your fees. Go to the Library of Congress Copyright office website and read up on it.

Otherwise, I'd hire a good lawyer and sick him on your competition. That scumbag deserves to have his fanny whooped.

Well see theres two things you want to look for to see if something is okay. Did you get caught and are you okay with it.
