If neither party currently resides in the county the hearing is scheduled for any longer?

Both parties have sense moved out of the county were the child custody hearing began.

You must both agree and the judge from the original county has to sign the order.

I went though a similiar situation.

My exspouse and I moved out of the county, and went to another.

We got the proceedings moved to the other county....because we both agreed to it.
