I HAVE HAD THE WITNESS THAT SAYS MY DAUGHTERS BIRTH FATHER TRY TO TESTIFY IN COURT ABOUT HIM BUYING URINE FROM OTHERS TO PASS A DRUG TESTS TO SEE HER BUT THEY WILL NOT LISTEN TO THIS WITNESS WITHOUT HIM PRESENT AND WHEN HE FOUND OUT THAT THEY WOULD BE THERE TO DO SO HE DOESNT SHOW UP...MY HUSBAND NOW WHO IS A WONDERFUL MAN AND A SOLIDER IN THE US ARMY WANTS TO ADOPT HER BUT WE CANT GET THAT DONE WITHOUT CONSENT FROM THE BIRTH FATHER..HE IS NOT WILLING BUT BEING 12 GRAND BEHIND IN CHILD SUPPORT AND NOW WANTING TO SEE HER SINCE I HAVE A NEW HUSBAND AND A NEW BABY....HE HASNT AND DOESNT CALL HER AND DOES NOTHING FOR HER AND NEVER HAS...WE MOVED AWAY TO WHERE MY HUSBAND WAS STATIONED WHEN HE RETURNED FROM IRAQ THE FIRST TIME...HE WENT TO COURT WHILE I WAS THERE AND THEY GRANTED HIM VISITS THERE..HE CAME TO ONE AND THEN NEVER CALLED HER AGAIN AND HE DIDNT ATTEND THE OTHER TWO GRANTED TO HIM..I HAVE MOVED BACK TO MY HOME TOWN SINCE MY HUSBAND IS IN IRAQ AGAIN FOR TOUR TWO...NOW HE WANTS VISI

for personal reasons, a friend of mine who was raped by her boyfriend wants to drop charges against him. she doesn't want to get back with him but due to other issues, she wishes to drop charges.
will the state continue the charges against him and if so, can she prevent that?
also, she has children, could she lose custody of them.....the father of her girls is not the rapist....
this all happened in DE

In the papers one notices that there are advertisement from asian spa palors and a lot of lewd stuff. It soon becomes apparent that they are simply joints for likely prostitution. In many states, prostitution is illegal yet one sees them in many places and the police do not seem to be doing anything. Upon considering the facts, scenarios open up. The police may simply not have the evidence or there are larger crimes out there. It is only just and wise to go after the bigger "fish" since they do more harm to society.
This situation of prostitution is cousin to cases like Enron and relatives since it is difficult to know when a huge corporation is cheating the public. It takes a few brave people to stand out and make a point.
At the back of everyone's mind then is security and maybe something more.
The problem with prostitutes is their connections with pimps and drugs that do give problems of violence. Do powerful people deserve the right to get away with harm done to society?

I few years ago after I filed for divorce and when the divorce was finalized after 18 months of legal separation and paying the amount of child support I was ordered to pay by the courts. My ex went to the child support services and told them I never paid her a dime in support for these 18 months they started a wage order assignment against me with out any type of hearing. I thus have been paying the ex arrears payments that I should not even owe.
Could this be considered as slander and labeling me as a dead beat dad? This matter has serious affected my credit rating and has caused me emotional distress in fighting this matter with them.I have recently hired an attorney to help me get these charges wiped out. How is it possible for my ex to simply walk into a government office and make these statements about me and they in turn act with no formal hearing. And no due process in my regards. If anyone knows of any non custodial parents groups that can help me please respond.

More police on streets
Tough on crime - Life means life, mandatory life for paedos, & rapist.
Outlaw homosexuality.
All spongers made to work for benefit
No handouts for parents, if you cant afford to keep your own kids, dont have them.
All immigration stopped
Immigrants convicted of crime thrown out of country with their family.
Decriminalise drugs,made easily available over counter, with program of education warning of dangers of drugs.
Sack all social workers.
Anti socil neds serve min 2 years in boot camp, parents evicted from property.
Get rid of royal spongers.
Scrap TV licence fee.
And many ,many more...so who's up for it.

My parents are real jerks, never letting me do anything I want or hang out with my friends. I reported them to CPS for sexual abusing me so I could go to a new home. I left my X-box at my parents house, and want to know if I have any rights to it. I got it as a birthday present and I miss it. My parents are being held in jail waiting for court. Should I ask at the court date for it back??

I started a lawsuit against a company that sold me some bad real estate. My atty told me the judge's name so I looked him up.
On-line I found a similar case to mine. The judge ruled a non-suit against the plaintiff who was suing a contractor for faulty work. The plaintiff was unable to even submit evidence! I am worried I will get unfairly treated in my case. I don't know all the details of how he arrived at that decision but here is what I found on-line
