My parents are real jerks, never letting me do anything I want or hang out with my friends. I reported them to CPS for sexual abusing me so I could go to a new home. I left my X-box at my parents house, and want to know if I have any rights to it. I got it as a birthday present and I miss it. My parents are being held in jail waiting for court. Should I ask at the court date for it back??

Yah, do it, so they can all laugh at you.

You're going to hell, and I'm sitting here laughing because of it. Hahaha. I love it. What a waste of a life, judging from your other posts.

You know, if the things you told the police are false, have you thought about what is going to happen to you for falsifying a police report and about sexual abuse? Your in trouble son if you lied, and the last thing that should be on your mind is that stupid box.

....

***rolls eyes***

sexual abuse cases must be proved beyond a shadow of a doubt.

i have been hearing some frightening stories south of my border.

i won't be hearing them in canada. we won't be hearing about sexual abuse stories much in the future because we are going to be correcting ourselves on all of it.

there are going to be changes in the media and it will not necessarily be government approved. there is no office which can finally approve of how much fallacy is acceptable about false reporting.

the medias will be reformed.

and privately licensed company(ies) will not over-rule.

people will not use these issues to bring down freedoms and not to poison for their own profit.

we will build freedom lovingly.

If you filed false chares than i would highly suggested you fix that and you can be liable for filing a false report. If you parents bought it for you its possibly their property. And if you prehaps say are given a time to collect your belongings you may very well take it with you .The court date is to discuss charges .innocent vs. guilty.

Whats wrong (in your mind) with breaking in and stealing it back? It's yours right? It's your house right? You have to learn to rationalize, then do what you think is right....RIGHT?... Like using the crooked CPS system to get mom and dad thrown in jail... ? Good thinking... you are on the track you need to be... (till you meet me).

My advise is that you hang yourself right now to spare the rest of us the torment of knowing you. Not really why defile a roap when you can go so many other ways.
