Probably in the International Court in the Hague.
On the other hand, Tinkerbell points out so many infractions of international law committed by Hamas, Hisb'Allah and the PA, that one is forced to agree that these illegal organizations should also be brought to trial in an international forum.
Olmert,on the other hand, is not a member of Hamas, Hisb'Allah or the PA, as I would have expected Tinkerbell to know.

Really,is that a crime?Well what about attacking a country without a declaration of war, what about an army targeting civilians, what about firing upon a UN post, what about intentionally destroying vital infrastructure of a country? Those are too crimes under international law...I don't see Olmert paying for this...So the moment Olmert will be punished for those crimes, then yes, maybe we could talk about Ahmadinejad...until then,no...
No,dear,I was just pointing out what Israel did this summer in Lebanon,as you well know...Beside attacking civilians ,which Hamas did (and no,I do not agree with it),none of the other crimes were committed by those "organizations"...
And sorry, but Hezbollah and PA are not illegal organizations,at least not here in Europe...
Just because Olmert is Israel's PM,this doesn't mean he's above all international laws...

Yes, but it would need to be in his own country, which of course would not happen. Any time he travels to another country he has diplomatic immunity.
