Without integrity "nothing works" therefore is accusing a party of Contempt of court a malfeasance by the judge?

Why do lawyers compromise their own and societies integrity, given few are prepared to indict a judge for malfeasance, is it something to do with collusion by the inner crown temple (cartel-private club) that threaten to remove the lawyer from the bar if they do? and if so, is this justice and upholding the law?

A conspiracy without evidence is conspiracy and conspiracy with evidence is a crime.

I keep getting harassing phone calls from 989-673-3025 in the middle of the night. I don't want to shut my phone off, just in case a family member has an emergency and need to contact me.
They obviously have no life.
How do I get this to stop without changing my phone number?
Can something be done legally to get this to stop?

Currently, the vast majority of food products sold in American grocery stores have been examined by kosher certifiers. Those that pass can print an obscure symbol, such as a U in a circle or simply the letter "K" on the label. Those who do not recognize these symbols, or read hebrew, are unaware that the product is kosher.

Since less than 2% of the US poplation keeps kosher, the costs of this process are passed on to unwitting non-kosher consumers. Kosher activists love to trot out a tired 1975 article from the NY Times in which an unnamed source claims that the cost per unit for certification is "6.5 millionths of a cent", but this is ludicrous. At that rate the rabbis would only collect one dollar for every 6.5 BILLION units sold.

So, in all fairness, should non-kosher consumers continue to be forced to subsidize a system that in no way improves the quality of our food supply?

Every Indian knows about the amount of sacrifice made by Mahatma Gandhi to get freedom from Britishers. He had spent most of his life in prison than outside. People of both sexes were mesmerised by his leadership and spiritually bonded with him. Many have lost their lives just to uphold his decision to unnerve the attrocities of British forces. It is quite common for any leader to be appreciative of his followers and befriend them., which motivates his followers to sustain the ordeals for decades. If so,

Is it not a shame on the part of his grandson to give his questionable opinion on Mahatma Gandhi's 'spiritual marriage' with a lady other than his wife?

Or is it a new found easy way he found to earn all the money sacrificed by Mahatma Gandhi during his freedom fight for the benefit of the people of our country, depriving his heir from enjoying his wealth?

You buy rental property over the internet and haven't seen it. The location is 2000 mile from you. You later discover that it was a bad deal. You receive letters from that town's government claiming you must clean the property of debris and repair damages in the housing section. The property is cited for numerous violations and you must restore it and pay for the citations; "What would you do and how do you get out of this situation?"

My boss fired me or 'let me go' but gave me no reason. First she said business was slow, then she says you were late and I brought her my clock in sheet and I had not been late once. Then she said I work to much. Then she said I want to be a manager. There was an array of excuses none which are true or reasonable!! I started thinking about it and the more I thought about it it didnt add up. Well the day before she asked for my SS# and a copy of it for immigration reasons?? Which I understood until I got to work that day I was terminated and she handed me MY FIRST CHECK in cash. No check stub nothing. I put two and two together and I think whats going on is she is hiring ILLEGAL girls to work in her retail store? I was the only girl that spoke english in the whole clothing store at a major mall in Texas. I then realized that alot of the girls I worked with were from Mexico and did not speak a tad of english. Even the manager is Korean and did not speak ENglish at ALL! ????????????

A friend of mine (male) was sexually harassed by his male co-employee during an office party. He doesn't know this guy. This happened on a Sunday. When he went back to work on Monday, the one who harassed him kept passing by his work station. We don't know why.

As per his boss' (and mine, too) advice, he went to the HR dept. The HR person said that his case was unusual and that they are kind of "stuck" -- in short, doesn't know what to do. This really upsets us because my friend is the one who needs some kind of justice and protection from the harasser (if there is such a word) but the company can't even protect him just because the case is UNUSUAL.

Now, the harasser filed a counter-affidavit saying that it was my male friend who harassed him! The nerve!

xcess: My male friend is not gay but he is usually mistaken as such because he is rather "effeminate".

Please help. I'll add details if necessary. No nonsense answers pls.

Mrs. Pelosi campaigned heavily on promises of honest government. Now we find out that she is exempting hometown companies from minimum wage.

On Wednesday, the House voted to raise the minimum wage from $5.15 to $7.25 per hour. The bill also extends for the first time the federal minimum wage to the U.S. territory of the Northern Mariana Islands. However, it exempts American Samoa, another Pacific island territory that would become the only U.S. territory not subject to federal minimum-wage laws. One of the biggest opponents of the federal minimum wage in Samoa is StarKist Tuna, which owns one of the two packing plants that together employ more than 5,000 Samoans, or nearly 75 percent of the island's work force. StarKist's parent company, Del Monte Corp., has headquarters in San Francisco, which is represented by Mrs. Pelosi. The other plant belongs to California-based Chicken of the Sea.
