My grandpa died a few years ago, leaving my confused grandmother with a ton of cash. This cash has been put in a trust fund that noone is allowed to touch unil my grandma passes. However, I have some shady family members. Would it be possible that they would rack up bills in my late grandfathers name? They have access to his social, mother's maiden name, etc. If they rack up bills in grandpa's name, would it be possible that the trust fund be used to pay for the racked up bills? (once we have access to it?) I talked to a lawyer and he said it's been over 9 months since grandpa passed, so I have nothing to worry about. So why am I still worried??

My Bank of America account had money taken from it due to a check sent through from Citibank. I did not authorize citibank to take money out of my account, nor do I have any affiliation with them; no cards, loans, etc. I had BofA send me a copy of the check ($2 to do) and then called Citibank. Citibank showed that I had no accounts with them, therefore they wouldn't do an investigation to it and basically told me I was out of luck. Because it was a check that appears to be authorized by me, BofA can't refund my money. They sent me the check, so now I'm taking it into a banking center tommorrow. Even though when I originally called the center and I told them I would be bringing it in, they said it wouldn't do much because they don't know where the check came from. This has become a stressful headache, should I sue?

Alright, we all knows cops like to show up when there is a fight. But say I just kick someone's *** on my property randomly cause I really feel like it. I'm sure there are legal issues there, but what would they be considered, as in, what could they charge me with?

If an adult male has a young teen girl hit on him and she goes for a kiss on the lips and the guy accepts willingly, but nothing else happens, has he commited a crime? I understand this is immoral. I want to know about technically legal or illegal.

Mr. Nifong who has deliberately invented a rape and sexual assault case to gain public profile before being re-elected should be disbarred, prosecuted and jailed.
How dare he still be in office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I work in the Restaurant Business and Recently something very dramatizing happened to me at work, Well during my shift at work I was using the washroom and a man came next to me at the urinal and started to look at my genitals and started to masterbate and was saying vulgar things to me while doing this, I went to tell my GM and said I wanted to file a report and he didnt call the police and he just let the guy stay in there, I felt Violated to begin with and even worse because my GM didnt do anything to protect me because I am a minor.. I work for a corporation chain so I was wondering if I can file a suit against them for Discrimnation, I really need help with this so if anyone can give me any advice about this I would be very thankful

The Donovans and the Patels are at odds over the location of the boundary line dividing their properties. The area in question dates back to a mistake made when the land was originally surveyed and amounts to just under one-half acre altogether. Since the two families cannot agree on a settlement, they have decided to put the matter before a jury in a court of law. This they can do because of which constitutional amendment?

Is this considered rape???
many times i have slept with women who were very drunk. but they consented to drinking and they consented to sex. so it cant be rape right?? if that is rape then almost every man in america has done it. including many women. alot of times i just go out and party and i go to a bar offr her drinks. and she has to know what im doing or else she too naive to be in a bar. and then i usualy offer her some type of drug if she wants any and depending on the person that she is she'll either say yeas or no. and then i ask her over to my place ETC.

but she consented to going to a bar knowing she'll probably get hit on and offerd drinks. she consented to letting me by her many drinks to the point of intoxication, and she consented to having sex with me. in my opinion that is not rape because she was not physicaly forced and she was not drugged without her knowing it.
