don't know, but you ought to zip it up; find a woman, grow up and settle down. Your lifestyle sound like it will lead you to disaster.

what you are doing there is walking a fine line between getting lucky and getting put in prison .
another way is look at it is you intentional go to bars find a woman encourage intoxication and most likely encourage more then slight intoxication after she is already drunk.
you then knowingly further add to her problem by giving her drugs again knowing that she is already unable to fully make a
informed sober decision.
i am assuming that you are bigger then they are and that you most likely intentional remain sober so as to pull off this caper.
what you should be doing is gaining a yes answer to your sex question while they are sober later if you want to drink as does she that is fine or at least much better.
the act of knowingly gaining consent to something while you are aware the person is not able to think clearly is not in keeping with the idea of the laws of consent so you could end up in big trouble.
sure it happens men get drunk woman do to and they meet up and things happen that is different that picking up the really drunk girls when your sober. doing what you do is very much the same only your just paying for the drinks and drugs.
bad guy . in my books.

Come on people, this is not rape. Its a bad decision on a womans part. If she chooses to get drunk off her *** its her fault if she sleeps with another guy afterwards. No different if she had chosen to get drunk and then got behind the wheel of a car getting in a wreck. Its her fault! How is it any different? A girl who gets drunk, gets behind the wheel and runs over a child is considered an animal by society and must pay for her crime, a girl who gets drunk and WILLINGNLY has sex with a man is considered a victim of rape? Thats just stupid.
The only acception would be if the girl is under the legal drinking age or if she is actually passed out from drinking so much, and was unconscious when the man had sex with her.
I am not condoning rape. I dont consider this rape. Also i dont have anything to do with women who hang out in bars and nightclubs every night of their life getting drunk. Thats not my style and not what im looking for in a woman.

It's only rape if the person in question, on drugs or alcohol, decides it is. Even if a girl willingly got drunk and had sex with you, she could consider it rape. It's not really fair, but if she knows about it the next day and doesn't have a problem with it, you couldn't call it rape. Obviously, anyone that was raped would feel violated and would most likely notify law enforcement. If they don't feel like that, then it can't be considered rape.

Even though some women on here may call you a pig for painting such a visual picture of the real, i dont think you are. I think you are honest, and no its not rape. For the women, there's a thing called "personal responsibility". Id be careful with the whole drug thing if i were you, they can always say they didnt know what they were doing, or they did say no..you can easily get "caught up"...so just be careful. Ive done things like that in the past and realized that its just too risky. Yeah, its two adults, yeah, youre both drinking, yeah they come over to your place, but at the same time, they are imparied...be careful.
You just dont get it Pablo. But you will..keep it up, you will.

Doesn't matter.
If you're in your right mind (i.e. "not drunk") and you full-well know that she is not in her right mind (i.e. "drunk"), then you are the responsible one, because she is not able to make proper decisions. You are taking advantage of her drunken state. There is an article listed below that will help answer your questions. I have listed it here for your reference: (Read the sections highlighted with astericks):
10 Things You Oughta Know About... Date Rape
From Mike Hardcastle,
A Top 10 Fact Sheet on Date Rape
Date Rape is forced or coerced sex between; partners, dates, friends, friends of friends or general acquaintances.
Date Rape can be coerced both physically and emotionally - some emotional tactics include; threats to reputation, threats to not like you, name calling, saying you "brought it on" or "really want it", threats to break up and threats to say you did it even if you didn't.
*******If a person has had too much to drink or is on drugs they can not consent to sex and having sex with them is legally rape.****
********There are certain date rape drugs that render the victim unconscious and limit memory; using these drugs on somebody carries a harsher penalties than date rape and is a federal crime with a possible 20 year sentence. (See: 1996 Drug-Induced Rape Prevention and Punishment Act) Rohypnol, GHB, ActiveSeX, Roofies, Ruffies, Roche, R-2, Rib and Rope are all names describing a date rape drug. These drugs are odorless and tasteless and difficult to detect when in drinks or mixed with other drugs. **********
Date rape drugs may be difficult to trace but evidence of intercourse is not, and in cases where use of these drugs is suspected evidence of rape standards are lower.
If you don't want to have sex, say NO like you mean it and fight it off if you have to - despite urban myths, people who fight off a rapist are more likely to stop the rape.
Date Rape is the most common form of rape (78%) with 1 in 4 girls expected to fall victim to rape or attempted rape before they reach 25, and 3 out of 5 rapes occuring before a woman reaches age 18.
Although girls are more often victims of rape, guys are not safe - they can be raped too.
NO MEANS NO! If a person says no to sex (no matter how quietly or unconvincingly) and you go ahead with it anyway, that is rape.

Diminished capacity. Just because she consented doesn't mean she would've done so soberly. It boils down to intent, level of intoxication, and the circumstances. If you prey on drunk women who are so falling down drunk they can barely function, for the express purpose of getting laid, yeah, there's something wrong with you. If you pick up on a woman/are dating a woman, and in the process of the evening she gets drunk, and she consents, then maybe that's different, but it still depends on circumstances.
It does disturb me that you play the innocent in this whole scenario.

Even after your 3rd entry I have ?'s. Did you take her drinking for the express purpose of getting her drunk knowing she would likely have sex with you as a result?
Rape.
Men know women have less resistance when drunk - and that it takes less alcohol to make us drunk.
Just think about how you would like your sister treated in this situation - if you'd go after the guy who did this to your sister, then don't do it to anyone else's sister.

maximum guidelines over rape are distinct from state to state, yet as a time-honored rule, any sexual act that in not consented to is taken under consideration rape, or perhaps if he changed into not 18, he can nonetheless be prosecuted.

Consenting to drinking is not the same as consenting to sex. If she drank too much to actually consent then yes, it would be rape. Being too druck to defend herself does not equal consent.

I think you're playing on very dangerous ground, my friend. What if she woke up the next morning and FORGOT that she gave you permission and was upset and accusing you of drugging/raping her? This is very risky and questionnable behavior you are engaging in. I think you need to come up with a safer approach to getting laid.
