Ogoo d, you sure do throw down a challenge! The biggest one is deciphering your question. I will try and respond to the second question, about evil.

I'm going to guess that you're from a country in Africa where so much evil goes on, daily! Any army or militant group that employs boy soldiers should be immediately annihilated. Warlords of Africa should be decapitated, as should dictators, like Mugabe of Zimbabwe. The fundamentals that breed evil must first be dealt with before order can be restored. Muslim militants are probably the worst of the worst, because these evil men and boys exercise their evil, in the name of God.

It's all about control! With control comes abuse when dealing with rebels and warlords.

With new found interest in the continent of Africa, country's like China, the US, and I suspect other super powers, will either reign in terror or make it worse. For Africa to be a viable investment of time and money, it only stands to reason that an Africa under control is a productive Africa.
