Typical liberal! Every thing is fair as long as he gets what he wants, the hell with the lives of the young men who he has ruined. Watch him get off!

I would not go so far as to call his conduct criminal, but it is certainly unethical, and I think he should be disbarred. I presume that the special prosecutors appointed to replace him in the infamous rape case will reailze that there is no case and dismiss the whole thing.

Absolutely criminal conduct.
There should be a review of all the cases he's previously prosecuted...I'm sure this isn't the first time he acted this way. It begs the question, who else did he do this to and got away with it?

confident, if criminal costs are delivered and he's got here across accountable FIRST. i like how the accuser isn't scrutinized for fraud. Society, the media and the criminal equipment laud deceitful habit from a female with impunity yet while a guy or woman has a penis he's "suspect". actuality is stranger than fiction.

Yes, I believe he needs to be charged with malicious prosecution.
That lovely little stripper needs to be charged with filing a false police report and needs to publicly issue an apology for her dishonesty.

He should be disbarred and then have to serve time.
I think the accuser should also have to serve time.
