Alright, we all knows cops like to show up when there is a fight. But say I just kick someone's *** on my property randomly cause I really feel like it. I'm sure there are legal issues there, but what would they be considered, as in, what could they charge me with?

Battery, assault, aggrivated assault - it all depends on the situation. If you're provoked and defending yourself, you may just get probation. If you target him - and beat him up, you're gauranteed assault at the minimum.

Assault and battery, disorderly conduct (a cops favorite charge) along with a phoney resisting arrest. Plant a concealed weapon and or drugs on your person. You're in big trouble buddy!

Cops HAVE to show up, and they have to stop the jerks from fighting.
The charges could vary from state to state, but in all cases you should be locked up.
BTW- Thats the most anti-intellectual question i've heard.

Just because you feel like it?
Well, its like this. Bubba will be having buttsex with you in a jail cell that very same night just because he feels like it.
Just because you are in your house or on your own property does not mean you can break the law.
