I think that George Bush owes the entire world an apology - the US for killing our young men and women, Iraq for invading, the UN for completely ignoring them for the five years he's been in office, Africa for leaving them to civil war and genocide, Canada for being a jerk to them, just the whole world. Bush has screwed over everyone but himself, Donald Rumsfeld, and Dick Cheney.

For what? Stopping mass murder? Stopping the rapes? Freeing children from jail?

Did the US make some mistakes in Iraqi, yes. We need a lot more troops on the ground at first.

But Saddam was put in power with the help of the US doesn't that make the US at least partly responsible for what he did? If so then we owe an apology for that, and for not going in sooner. But Saddam's coming into power didn't happen on his watch.

Did we have some responsibility to clean up our mess so to speak. Yes. And after Saddam violated numerous UN mandates, and it seemed like the UN was happy enough to allow the mass murder, the rape, the jailing of children, as long as some members of the UN made money off the deal. Clearly something had to be done.

A lot of people in the US anyway feel that UN is nothing more then a ***** session anyway and doesn’t have any real power without the US backing it up. There is a large group(s) of people that want the US to pull out of the UN. After all it seems that the first thing the UN does whenever is a problem is to blame the US. We either aren’t doing enough, or we should be minding our own business. Either way we are the bad guy.

I see I’m starting to go off topic so I’ll quit now.

After all this is just my opinion.

Does Obama's father owe us an apology for letting Obama exchange into president? What a stupid question. Bush Sr and Jr and Obama have been elected by the human beings, not purely their fathers.

I live in the United States, and I agree with him. The Iraqis should get down on their knees and thank God and the United States for getting them out from under the thumb of Saddam Hussein.

I think you should ask the question the other way:

Is there anyone that Bush doesn't owe an apology?

I live in the USA, and I just can't believe how much one bad president can mess up the world.

He clearly lacks the wisdom and judgement to do the job which american's hired him to do. He has little support with the american people. (at least the rational ones)
