Without integrity "nothing works" therefore is accusing a party of Contempt of court a malfeasance by the judge?

Why do lawyers compromise their own and societies integrity, given few are prepared to indict a judge for malfeasance, is it something to do with collusion by the inner crown temple (cartel-private club) that threaten to remove the lawyer from the bar if they do? and if so, is this justice and upholding the law?

A conspiracy without evidence is conspiracy and conspiracy with evidence is a crime.

Lawyers conspiring with judges to jail people for contempt of court is the crime of conspiracy to pervert or perverting the course of justice.

Basically, in order to do this, another judge would have to convict the accused! That is not a smart move for a judge, because then they are ousted among the rest of the judges. Unfortunately, judges are like there own fraternity - no one wants to reprimand their own!

Also, if a Lawyer does accuse a judge of this, and (as expected) the judge is found innocent - that lawyer will be marked anytime they go into the court room in front of that judge!

People will stop hiring that attorney based on feelings that he is marked from ALL judges!

Most Lawyers are not willing to put their own reputation on the line to help a cause, that really won't get anything accomplished!!!

A. Lawyers don't have the power to indict. Indictments are handed down by the Grand Jury which is controlled by the District attorney
B. If a judge commits malfeasance, anyone can file a complaint with the judicial performance commission. If they investigate and find malfeasance they will recommend sanctions that can range from reprimand to removal from office
C. Keep in mind, federal judges and some state judges are instated for life and can only be removed by impeachment. Other judges are elected and can be removed by either recall or by filing a criminal complaint with the court that has jurisdiction over that judge.
D. Lawyers have very little input over what happens to judges. And because of that, they often have to compromise, because they know the judge has the power and they don't.

Judges aren't gonna throw the book at another judge, and any lawyer that tries to go after a judge and fails is screwed by all of em.

did this judge rule against you in a case? did he put you in jail? people often accuse judges of all sorts of things if the judge has issued a ruling against them. the legal system is very complicated and lots of people don't understand why a judge rules the way he does.
