whats is the best site to get a patent that will not steal my idea???

Contact a local attorney you can find an attorney from a reference from your local state bar association. Do not use the phone book as any attorney who needs to advertise like that is desperate. Do not use websites or any of the those 1-800 numbers.

Websites are notorious for fraud. I suggest you go to a licensed Patent Attorney. Just look in your phone book.
