We are in a stage 3 water alert. Watering gardens is only allowed on Wed and Sun. My neighbors water their garden every day. I have notified Sydney water 7 times over the last nine days and it appears nothing has been done...what should I do?

I found an article a few months ago, about an eleven year old Native American girl that was hanged during colonial times (for something stupid like stealing the toy of a little 7-year old white girl) but I can't find the article again, and I can't remember the girl's name. She was mentally disabled. (Don't freak, this isn't a report due for school) does anyone have any ideas of who this girl is, or where I can find info?

I was given examples about people going to jail, so on, and so forth. I guess what i am asking for is point me to the law/enactment/or where it is written in writing that says that it is legal for the U.S. to tax an american in their income tax (legally).

we know some things about his ex wife. we know she leaves his 5 year old child home alone in the mornings with her other 10 year old daughter (from another relationship) to get themselves up and off to school. we susspect she is leaving them alone a night while she goes out on dates at least once a week.(my question what if they miss the bus?)( what if someone grabes them at the bus stop?)they dont ride the same bus. The child tells me that her mommy tells her that her daddy is bad and that he is mean. I know that she has moved 5 times in 2 years because of finaciall reasons. The child tells us quite offten that she hasent had breakfast because her sister woke her up too late or that she only had crackers for lunch. When we have her for the weekend on sunday when she knows she has to go home to her mom she is a holy terror!!! Ready to fight nothing makes her happy just plan mad at the world. There has to be something major going on for a child this young to act this way.what can we do?

My grandmother went on a cruise and brought back some Cohiba cigars for my husband. He doesn't smoke...at all. I was thinking that it was illegal, but my grandmother said that the cruise employees told her it wasn't. At any rate - I looked up the value and its around $1,000 for them. If they aren't legal I can't sell them? What would you do?

Amendment X of the US Constitution states:

What have the courts determined are the rights reserved to the people?

It seems as though the federal and state governments have taken control of all the rights, except those given to criminals.

I know the Bill Of Rights give me some rights, but what are they talking about in the 10th?

Most people pay under $10,000 in federal and state income taxes a year. Last year I paid around $100,000 in state and federal taxes, and the year before that it was almost double that. But I recieve the same service from the government as someone who pays $5000 a year. The cops don't gaurd my house better, the mail man still screws up my mail, I still have to wait in line at the DMV, my kids don't recieve a better education in schools. In all walks of life if you pay more you get more except with our government. It makes me so mad when the feds just blow our tax dollars like in Iraq they supposedly lost 3 billion dollars, it was paid out to scamers, and Bush's new plan is going to cost $800 billion. This stuff might not be a big deal to those who only have to pay 5 or 6 thousand dollars a year but to me this is 40% of my yearly income I am having to fork over, it just eats me up..........

And That Child was removed because of child abuse. If that parent has no child. I have 3 children one is his. But he had her I paid him child support. Now she is with me soooo.. Should I still pay and where does the money go if he has no kids and a major drinking problem.. ???? She is in My custody CPS placed her here and I am paying????

If the boss is having a fling with the new hire, what can I do, as HR, to protect the company. I warned him not to do as I was able to see it coming, however, the temptation was too hard to resisit, appearantly. I would love specific resolutions or ideas about how I can protect not only the company, but him as the owner and boss. Thanks so much for any assistance provided.
