Are the ones who complain the most about getting reported? I mean it seems like its all immaturity and partisan argument for them. Hopefully they realize that any information they're trying to suppress is already out there by the time they report it.

In the state of Florida, if you purchase a shotgun, can you carry it around, outside the home, LEGALLY, but without any papers showing any proof of ownership or regristration?
My boyfriend and some friends went to a cemetary in the middle of nowhere to go ghost hunting,(the cemetary is supposed to be haunted), anyways, he had his shotgun, purchased by and registered to him in his name, in a guitar case, but he didnt have any papers with him to show proof of ownership, and I was wondering if that is completly legal?

My sister and b.i.l. have had their two boys wrongfully taken away by CPS. One of the chief complaints in that the children are at risk of Sexual abuse because my b.i.l. 'flashed' someone when he was 15 (and it went to court). I've seen the transcripts and that is what really happened. He is now 29 years old and the incident happened almost half his life ago and was on his juvenile record, which I thought, as a rule, was to be sealed. Can CPS truly charge my b.i.l. with something they think he only 'might' do, basing the accusation on a teenage prank that was dealt with a long time ago and supposed to be sealed? This whole situation is getting ridiculous....oh, and by the way, thanks for reading and helping so much. So many of you have been a blessing to me. :)

Many companies are inserting onerous binding arbitration clauses in their online contracts (for example, Cingluar/ATT's wireless service contract). They appear to be designed to deprive customers of the right to a court trial/trial by jury, and in particular the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit. If the contract is an online contract, i.e. no signature or paper is involved, are such binding arbitration clauses enforceable? Would a court dismiss your petition if you were a former customer of a company with binding arbitration, and you tried to sue the company? For example, if you think the company has mishandled your personal information?

I'm in the process of setting up an internet radio station in the US and it's been brought to my attention that there may be legalities in doing so that I'm not currently aware of. Does anyone here no of any such legalities? Has anyone done this before? Any pointers for the new guy?

This is designed to be a not-for-profit thing, but I will be running commercials to pay for bandwidth, hardware, etc.

I have no intention of playing any mainstream music and will instead by licensing all music from local and underground bands.

This is planned to be a 24-hour station running several shows and some of those may choose to play mainstream music, but they're in charge of getting the appropriate licenses and it is discouraged.
