There is nothing called a media trial. Media is not a court of law and cannot try a person. This is a misnomer. No doubt in the near past the media has stepped in and generated public opinion which has set the legal system on bias. Just being in the glare of the media has caused judgements being delivered just to appease a blood thirsty general public, almost like the Roman arena. A person who has been acquitted, cannot be tried again. This is the law. Because the accused was a son of a person in a high level does not give the media scope to twist the public mind to go against the legal system itself. No I believe media getting involved in the court is wrong. Had the media initiated an inquiry against the people responsible for abuse of the investigation process, I would have thought the media fair. But to interfere in the course of justice itself is wrong. What will be next. Anyone and everyone who wants a swing in the justice system to his side will approach the media, the media will put a general ballot, anyone can vote. Kill all the aristocrats so that the bourgeoisie may rule.

Media Trials have got their own importance.Like if we want to spread some message which is very important for the society ..they put it in the form of an ad which shows all that we want to express. One more thing ..if these ads are repeated again and again then people who haven't seen them atleast once may come to know about the message. So I think it has its one importance in terms of fairness.

Yes, I think we should finally put the Media on Trial.
Not only MSN, but Nancy Grace, and Bill O'Reilly, and, frankly, the whole bunch of them for treason.
There is no place one can find for pure information to process for intelligence, anywhere, in the public forum, anymore, and especially not the FOX NEWS "Fts and BS."
Why do you think they have to bombard you with their own Big Lies every five minutes? The "Most trusted news..."
At least they keep my bowel movements regular...
